Now that I have gone on to facebook and have a facebook page, I tend to do alot more chatting on there and have kind of neglected my blog. I guess its still really important to keep this up to date as well, as you can certainly include alot more information on here. I am really hoping this year to help alot more people. I would really love to be able to help everyone open up their own gifts more, and will hope to be able to offer everyone some more classes. I always thought it was fun and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. The people who had never used their own psychic abilities were even amazed with how much information they were receiving about other people!

So what makes it easier for you? To read the posts/updates on facebook, or the blog? (or both). I just want to make this as easy as possible:)

Hello there everyone! I know I have been away for a long time. I did get so overwelmed with readings, especially free ones, that I did not have time to post on here. Also a lot of you may remember my health issues. I had a total shoulder replacement on 11/9/11. It was and is not fun. I had to delay readings including free ones for about 2 weeks. I am not scheduling into mid December, but if I can shuffle my cards, I will begin resuming readings next week, slowly that is. I have talked with Cheri a lot the past few months and we are really excited about doing some classes soon, probably into new year? Not sure yet. I have had about a dozen confirmed bfp's in the last 2 weeks. It makes me so happy to read those emails. My website will be going under construction soon, so Fall Specials will end as of Nov. 30th. I just wrote this on my face book wall and figured I would help everyone better understand my stance on spells. As you can see I really feel that spells are a waste of money. I believe that the power is within you to make it work, or to not. (I am not trying to insult those of you who are pagan or Wicca belief, I am trying to let people know that its within them to harness their own powers rather than paying someone for a "spell")

We have the power to manifest our desires. I have given you plenty of examples that will teach you how to open yourself up to receiving what you want most!

The power is within yourself!

If you wanted a new job, why not start telling yourself that you will have a new job and that the opportunity is going to come to you in a dream? Or that you will find the listing online... did you know that whenever I applied for a job and went to the interview that I would call my mom and say "I want this job I want this job I want this job", and I have been offered the job. (I did this twice and got the job both times!) I have a client that I have been working with in order to help her get over her negative way of thinking. I MADE her email me during the stressful time of interviews and the wait and told her to change her way of thinking. Normally her instinct is to assume that someone else would get the job and that it was not going to be hers..... I kept telling her that negative thinking pushes opportunity away. I wanted her to email me and tell me that this job was hers. Tell me that they would be telling the job was hers and allow herself to feel excited about this. She got the job (This was also predicted for her for the month of October which is when she got the job).

Its hard to change your way of thinking. I have been told that that it takes 21 days to form any new habits so perhaps its time to get started! Believe that anything is possible and you can direct good things into your life. Believe that you have the power to change it because you do! You don't need a spell.

Sometimes the reason things in our life that are blocked are because of ourselves or a life lesson at work. Its up to you to determine which is standing in your way. Stress is never a good thing and its about learning meditation to let it go.

I guess it really troubles me that someone would "cast a spell" to help with certain aspects of your life. I do believe that most peoples intentions are pure in helping you, but I really believe that you can help yourself. There are some people out there right now (I wont name names) that are offering spells as a way to generate more money from people who are looking for help. Please please please, realize that you have the power to do this yourself!

Spring cleaning?

I always like to try and help my clients locate important information when it comes to fertility and your health. I just did a reading for a client that pointed towards a bit of an inflammation in the uterus and we all know that a happy uterus is a healthy one! I started to do a bit of googling and located a site that should help alot of women (whether you are trying to conceive or not!)

I am even going to print of some of the information for me too!

Listening to the name “within”… The story of naming my children

Naming my children has never been difficult; I’ve never gone “looking” for a name the names always just find me. Of course I had names before falling pregnant that I loved, but somehow they never fit and eventually at some point a name will come to me and I just know that that’s the name my child is meant to have.

My first child I was so excited I had names already picked from the minute I POAS.However as time went on I knew these were not the names she was meant to have.I had originally picked her name to be Bonnie-Leigh, However once I actually knew she was definitely a girl (which I was sure of from the start anyways) I just knew the name I had always liked was not her name. I didn’t panic and go searching I just waited and finally while sitting in the school bus (yes yes I was in my last year of school), heard a name drift down the bus and it was “Ella”and from there it clicked her name was meant to be Ella-Rose Bonnie… It fitted perfect and from that day I was sure she had picked her name! The day of her birth I realised her name was still incomplete and my Nan called. So her name became Ella-Rose Bonnie Delore. Perfection.

My second child my husband decided he loved the name Kye and I agreed it was nice. But I knew this time that the name would come to me I just had to be patient. From the moment I POAS I just KNEW he was a boy. No doubt what so ever in my mind; so I continued to mull Kye over but it just didn’t feel right. About midpoint in the pregnancy name popped into my head. And instantly I just knew that that was his name.No second guessing. From then on he was Wyatt William Wade. And I tell you it’sthe perfect name for him.

I recently birthed my third child at home in a birthing pool, I believe my son has a strong connection to water so his name fits him to perfection. This pregnancy was a lot harder on my body. I found it harder to connect to the gender of the baby unlike the previous times. I thought it was another boy but part of me was still hoping girl. However I knew right from the start regardless of the gender my babies name was River. It was the ONLY name I ever considered once I was pregnant.While TTC I had a few names I liked but as soon as the egg was fertilised I had an instant connection with the name River. I had BFP dreams at 2 and 4 dpo and from then my connection to the name “River” occurred. I don’t even know where or how or why the name came to me. I just knew that was the baby’s name.Eventually I did find out he was a boy. The thing that amazes me even more is that in the end after weeks of pre-term labour and pre labour my son was born at 40 weeks on “Worlds Rivers Day”. I had no idea of this until a friend brought it to my attention. How that for is meant to be.

Sometimes if you are patient and listen you will get a feeling for the name your child is meant to have. I see a lot of people who have trouble finding a name and I always say breathe and listen then name just may find you J

Hello old friend, its been awhile

posting on facebook is so much easier to keep everyone updated than having to log into the blog.. but I miss being able to write alot more and be a bit more personal and indepth. So, will try and write more frequently on this blog in the hopes of keeping you updated, passing on more information and hopefully providing insight and hope!

lets start with me. Saturday my daughter and her friend had a Halloween party. In total about 15 kids were here! One broken window from my downstairs door (accident) and a house covered in toilet paper ( so much for that mummy game and keeping it clean). Overall I had 15 kids who were really excited about this party and had a great time! Come to the ending, and you have me going down the stairs to try and make sure that the goody bags where there for the kids, and FELL down the stairs!! Landing completely on my tailbone! It took me a few minutes to actually get up as the pain was radiating through my back. Even sitting now is taking its toll on me as it aches! So my suggestion... being more picky about what socks you wear! Who would have believed that one pair of socks could be so slippery!

I am also hoping to be able to offer a class that will help with meditation and connecting to your spirit guides. I did a lecture of Sylvia Brownes (you can probably search my blog and find a post from that night!) and I remember the meditation vividly! I also remember the one from James Van Praagh in September 2010. These are things I would be only too happy to share with you! I am just trying to locate a great way to do this. Skype has been mentioned, but I believe the limit caps at 10, and have heard of other things so will be looking into it a bit more to try and find something that is efficient, but cost effective. The charge for this event will be minimal (Hoping no more than 5.00 max).

Talking with Suzanne about this, and we believe that we can also do a fertility meditation that will allow you to look into your own fertility, help clear out your tubes and ensure that your uterus is in optimal health! Check the blog and facebook pages to keep an eye on when this all will be taken place!

Its been awhile since posting and life will certainly do that to you! I find facebook easier to post comments and interact easier with my clients so you might find that my facebook page is alot more active than the blog right now.

I just thought you might like to try someone new! Her name is Jennifer Yates, and is actually a therapist by trade who has an amazing gift.

She offered to do a reading for me for free (I am not sure if she does offer free readings ??) but allowed me to have one which allowed me to focus on three aspects of my life. It was very informative and perhaps gives you a better chance to see your life in another perspective. Being able to understand the reasons behind the lessons and why you keep repeating things.. Or what you need to focus on, in order to change or better yourself.

I must admit I had a minor panic attack with this news, but it goes to show you that sometimes things are not exactly what it seems. Everyone knows I am doing the secret psychic, but what you might now know is that I saw oon Eternitys facebook page, a link to the secret psychics facebook page! Thats not what was startling as most of you might not have realized the connection. (not saying you would not have figured it out, but my secret psychic could have been anyone)

The issue was with a comment on that post. That the secret psychic (roseknows1111) was posting on forums as someone else. As those of you who have been with me for a long time, know the whole fiasco with "Ruby" who did that and then tried to say that it was not her. I do not agree with posting on forums and pretending to be someone else, when your in this business (or anything for that matter). I also certainly did not want to have to go through the drama again as I did with Ruby and what happened (if your curious, you can google Ruby in my search box on this blog).

ANYWAYS, I googled myself "roseknows1111" and was able to locate multiple posts across many forums from a poster using the same (or very similar) login name, basically referring roseknows1111 as someone who you should try..etc. I thought it was happening all over again and was upset. I emailed Rose and let her know I was disappointed, that I did not agree to those type of business tactics and no longer felt comfortable with this situation. As you all know, I am very protective of my clients and want to make sure that if I am going to refer you to someone, that its someone who I would use for myself. Someone who I believe is in tune with their gift and able to help you with honest insight.

Rose (roseknows1111) immediately contacted me through gmail chat and was honest about it. Mentioned her friend was trying to help had been posting (a bit too eagerly) on forums as a way to introduce Rose. I do not believe that Rose realized how it would look, or come out in a negative way and has asked her friend to stop.

I am giving Rose the benefit of the doubt. When confronted with the issue, she was honest, explained everything that happened and was remorseful. She really is truly sorry and I believe her.

Psychics - What do we need to know about you......

As I am sure Cheri can attest to, we both receive many requests every day to do readings, free and paid. I personally ask for certain things from the person I am reading about. I feel in order to have the most accurate reading I at least need your first name and a picture. A picture helps me personally connect with your energy so I can read you. When doing a TTC reading, other certain things can help the psychic but are not always necessary. Like for example how many kids you have, and any miscarriages. Many times when we read you you sense energies around you and it helps to know this information. We can sense then if it is a baby coming, a baby past or a living child. Of course we read without any information, but to be certain it is about you, I like to have a little information.

I love my gift, and I love doing readings. But please realize I am to a mom and a wife. I have received about 220 free reading requests since Monday. Please be patient. I will get to them, each and everyone of them. I know there are some skeptics that send in requests, and there are some that try to change information in their message to try and throw me off. Well, it will only affect what could be a beautiful reading about your future children. So please be honest and be patient. I am currently on mid August free requests. As per my post below - an update!

For those of you who read my post below about the little boy and my prediction of what I was picking up..... On Sunday morning, the little boy was returned safe to his home. They are unsure at this point who returned him, but a 911 call was made, and suggested that they would find the little boy in his house and that's exactly where they found him. The suspect was still at large.....

I just saw an update on my facebook wall from a local radio station indicating that the suspect was indeed just captured and is being returned to Sparwood to face charges. Guess where he was found? ALBERTA! In my prediction, I indicated "Red Deer Alberta". So I am still waiting to here where in alberta he was captured to see how close I was. In regards to my prediction about the boy, with him being returned and the suspect being at large could explain why when I was looking for the suspect and where he would be, that currently the boy is not with him.

Looks like I will need to strengthen this aspect of my gifts. My guides provided me the information I sought after, but looks like I should have asked for more information to be able to put this together a bit better. Still looking forward to seeing where in Alberta he was captured so I can see if I was close in my prediction of where!

Just happy that this little boy is safe at home, and according to police, hes been unharmed!

An Amber Alert has been issued in our province :(

Its kinda scary when a child (or anyone) for that matter goes missing. There has been an amber alert going on since yesterday and I am sure alot of you have seen it on facebook or the news (here is a link if your not familiar - http://bc.rcmp.ca/ViewPage.action?siteNodeId=50&languageId=1&contentId=21025 )

I have been thinking of this off and on, and sometimes information will come through and I figured I would post it here as a way to see if the information comes true when they finally catch up with him.

I had no idea where Sparwood BC is, even though I live in BC all of my life. The image they show me is "Red deer Alberta". I also get the impression that the person they are looking for is in a home of a person he has met online who also has criminal ties. I do believe that they have met online and is now where he is located. For some reason, I am not given any indication if the child is with him at this point. I am not sure if its because being a mother myself I hope for the best, or perhaps the little boy is still "safe" from harm.

I am looking forward to hearing an update of when hes been captured and where to see if my intuition is showing me the right location!

In the meantime, if you see him or his car, please call the police!

Suzanne and I have been thinking about doing something together for everyone that would be alot of fun and not your "regular" type thing. We have an idea, and wanted to see if there was any interest in this.

We were hoping to do a chat room style, that would include myself, Suzanne and 10 - 12 other people (MAX) We would do live readings for everyone (both of us) Help you with your own interpretation, or directions in life.. opening your own gift and basically allowing you full access to us for 2 hours!

We would be charging 10.00 per person and would have a day session, and a night session depending on what works best for everyone. If we do 12 people, then two of those spots will be free and given away to two lucky people! These are LIMITED spots.

This more likely will happen in mid to end of September with more details to follow. Perhaps even a group meditation as well! Who knows what we will include!

I have had this dream for years that I am in an emergency and try to dial.911. But I never hit the right numbers or I never get through. Has been for over ten years....and many times. Answer:
Would you consider yourself a very independent person? That you tend to do things for yourself and have a hard time asking for help? This could be a strong indication that you need help, but unable to really ask for it when the time comes. I am unsure if its because your too proud, or because you do not feel that you have the family/friend support to help you in your time of need? Have many people failed you in your time of need while growing up?

Hello everyone! Hope this weekend was great for all of you TTC'ers. I found this article, it talks about auto immune diseases and pregnancy. I myself have Rheumatoid Arthitis and have been in alot of pain the last month. I am looking at having a shoulder replacement Sept. 21 (one of many joints I have already had replaced). I have had 2 of my 3 boys after being diagnosed. I had great pregnancies, thank GOD. I hope you enjoy article.

Autoimmune diseases are a group of conditions that occur when the body’s immune system, which is supposed to fight off invaders like bacteria and viruses, malfunctions and begins to attack the body. You’ve probably heard of some of the more common autoimmune diseases such as Type I diabetes, lupus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Graves’ disease, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. As much as 15 percent of the U.S. population suffers from an autoimmune condition, and more than three-quarters of those affected are women. These diseases are often first diagnosed in women in their childbearing years. And, not surprisingly, the illnesses can make getting pregnant and having a healthy baby more complicated than usual. Any woman being treated for an immune disorder needs to discuss her family-building plans with her physician well in advance of “trying,” so that there’s time to get off potentially harmful medications and try to conceive before the disease flares. Women must work closely with their doctors to optimize this window for pregnancy. Because the safe window for conception—a period that’s medication-free with the disease in remission—may be relatively short, women with autoimmune diseases may turn to fertility treatments more quickly than usually recommended. For a woman with severe rheumatoid arthritis, for example, it may not be feasible to be off drugs for a year (the normal recommended time period to wait before seeing a specialist). Happily, many women with autoimmune diseases go into remission while they’re pregnant. Andrew Levi, M.D., a reproductive endocrinologist, founder and medical director of Park Avenue Fertility & Reproductive Medicine in Trumbull, Connecticut, explains, “One-third of conditions worsen, one-third improve, and one-third stay the same. If you can get a woman pregnant while she is not flaring, she is likely to continue not flaring during pregnancy.” When flares do occur during pregnancy, they generally don’t pose a risk to the baby (although they may be uncomfortable and worrisome for the mom-to-be). “There is no increased risk of miscarriage during a flare,” reassures Dr. Levi. But treating these flare-ups is a delicate matter of carefully choosing medication that will not harm the pregnancy, but will help treat symptoms so a woman can feel as healthy as possible while pregnant.

Being positive is a state of mind....

I have had a few people ask how to start being more positive. If you think that every time something happens in your life the first thing that you do is throw a pity party for yourself, then you need to listen. Its about baby steps... its about changing your life one day at a time. If you think something instantly in a negative way, change it.. right then and there... after your negative thought say "scratch that" and then either out loud or even in your mind, replace it with something positive.

Crappy things happen... its life, and its not exception for me too. The big difference? Is the way I CHOOSE to see it. When something negative happens, I have always counted my blessings. I know that sounds crazy, why would someone count their blessings when something horrible happens to them? Well, because, my initial reaction is "gee that sucks" or what have you, but the positive person in me is then thankful that it was not worse... There is always someone who has had something happen that was worse to them, and I am thankful the situation/issue was not worse.

I try and be positive that things happen for a reason. When I did not win the contest for the "Star treatment" did I get all upset, and think that my life sucks and that nothing ever good happens? NO!!! I was positive about the experience, excited that they picked me to be one of the five finalists!!!

So try and rethink things as it slips out, and after doing something for long enough it will start to happen naturally. Did you know that it takes 21 days for a new habit to form?

Trying to use your own psychic gifts?

I think that the most common thing here is "doubt". We often second guess whether or not we are hearing a spirit guides voice or our own. Second guessing what we are told during these moments, only to realize later that we would have been right all along if we just trusted ourselves.

Being a psychic means that you need to be honest, not only with the people that you want to help, but with yourself. There are going to be off days, or times you mis-interpret what you have been shown. Its called LEARNING. So many of us are afraid to be wrong, or make a mistake, or worse yet, have someone think that they we are crazy!

You need to surround yourself with people that you can trust while you explore your own psychic abilities. The best way is to practice on someone else. Get your friend to ask you a question. Something that they can tell you if its accurate or not. (not what color is my car lol) something that you would have no prior knowledge. When your open to the experience and just say whatever comes into your mind. Whether you think it sounds crazy or not, just say it.

When I do a reading, a person will give me an area that they want me to read into, or even a question that they need further insight. Not only when I open the email up do images start to flood in, but also during the part when I read the information. Emotions (some readings, have actually been so intense, I have CRIED), thoughts, images, happiness...etc. You can experience it all if you have decided that you are open to the possibilities.

As for what information to pass, my guides will show things that are helpful and positive. I have seen fertility issues that I do pass along, I have seen health issues, that I too have passed along. I have even had loved ones who have passed over, hi-jack the reading and insisting on a connection. I think that as a human being we are at times nervous about passing information along so we tend to hold back. Its during these times that you need to have confidence in yourself and pass the information as its given to you. Even if it makes absolutely no sense to you at all!

When I first started to open up to my own psychic abilities, I had headaches, nausea, and stomach aches. It happened for THREE DAYS! So if your experiencing things like this, please do not panic, its perfectly natural!

For many of the women I know, it seems so long, drawn out, gut wrenching, and quite an emotional rollercoaster. You find yourselves questioning every little cramp, pain, feeling, emotion, etc. It seems to be just exhausting to many. Feeling distant from your Significant other? Try this!

I know that sometimes in life things get busy. Trying to conceive becomes more of a chore than something done for fun. People are stressed and we start to argue a bit more. Most of us have some empathic abilities, which usually means that you are going to notice something being "amiss" from the relationship and really wanting things to be back to normal. Rekindling the marriage (or relationship). Its sometimes just as simple as using visual techniques to provide that "instant" reconnection.

This is not a quick fix, but just a start to get things back on track. Love takes commitment, time and effort. So otherwise, you will also need to change how things work and connect.

Using the same technique as the "apron of light". I want you to be in a quiet area, so that you can concentrate. Its best to sit with your hands in your lap, with your palms facing up. Close your eyes and relax. Visualize yourself wearing a small white apron tied around your waist. There are the same strings of light that are attaching from your apron to your husbands apron. See how many strings there are, and visualize them being really strong. Pull on them and see that they do not break. I want you then to visualize that you are braiding these strings together and have three thickly braided "ropes" now attaching your apron to your husbands.

This is showing your spiritual self the love and commitment that you share and "bonding" you and your partner again in order to make things head back in the right direction.

This really does work! When your feeling down, or you had an argument, do this technique, and you WILL feel the difference.

This will work regardless of who your significant other is. So whether your with a husband/wife or same sex marriage, or just in a "common law" relationship or boyfriend girlfriend.

Move on over, there is a new pansey in town

I know that most of you will remember about the pansey storey from many years ago. For those of you new to my blog and have not heard this storey, I will give you the "short' version.

Ever since I was little, a purple wild pansey would grow wild in our grass. As a child I loved this flower and it drove my dad crazy. You cant purchase this flower in the store, it ONLY grows wild. (its really tiny). It would grow ONLY in the grass. My dad would do everything he could to remove it, and yet it would be back. When I was 18 my mother, my sister and I moved into a different area of town because my parents separated (and later divorced). The house we moved into, later that year, the same wild purple pansey started growing underneath the holly tree. Our landlord at the time asked us why we would bother planting the pansey underneath the holly tree (its prickly for those of you not familiar). After explaining that we did not, he mentioned its NEVER been there before.

I even got a tattoo of the same purple flower on my lower right hip. I really feel that this flower is a symbol of good luck, and that its from my grandmother on my dad's side (who died when my dad was only 16). I have talked to my dad about this, who also agrees that he believes its from her as it was her favorite flower as well.

I have lived in various cities throughout the many years I have been alive, and in each house, in the spring/summer, no matter where I have been, the purple pansey has shown up, and each time the landlord has told me it was not there before.

Since being in the house we are now (since July 5 years ago) Every year its come back. The same flower, same location (down the dirt path beside our driveway). Its my favorite flower and I always talk to it (Yes I pat it and tell it hello lol). Well, a week ago, walking to my van I notice a pansey in the grass, and not in its "normal" location. This flower is DEFINITELY trying to stand out.. and you know what, its not the exact same. This one has a YELLOW face. I have NEVER seen this type before, and the first impression that came to my mind... this one is from my mom (passed march 8, 2010)

A dream interpreted

On my face book wall, I have a "discussion" tab, and in it, a thread started call "dreams". I am taking dreams from that part, posting it here and giving you the proper interpretation of what I am shown. Here is the dream and my interpretation below

I had a dream that I was at my wedding. (I got married last year) It was the same exact wedding any everything...same church, same wedding party, same husband, same bouquet! I was being pressured to change my dress to a different one, so I did, and it looked PERFECT. There was not a flaw on me. Then the music started for the bridesmaids to start walking down the aisle and I suddenly realized I couldn't find my bouquet. I was freaking out! It was hard because of course I couldn't go see if it was in the sanctuary because my groom was in there and he couldn't see me. I was trying to look for it without ruining my appearance. I made my cousin (my maid of honor) help me look for it and was asking her to run all over the place. I vividly remember going through piles of clothes to try to see if the bouquet was under them. Then I remember walking down a hallway into another room. This random old man was in there and he had lots of boutonnieres and other flowers, but not my bouquet. My cousin kept pulling out flowers like you would get at the grocery store and saying "Just use this one...it's pretty." But I had this vision in my head of MY BOUQUET and would not walk down the aisle without it. I was so worried about what my husband was going to think as no one was walking down the aisle! I also heard sounds in my dream...the song the bridesmaids were supposed to walk down to was the same one that was played at my actual wedding! It was crazy...and so vivid. I've been trying to interpret it...but cannot even begin to decipher what this means!

The first image I am being shown, is that the key factor here is actually the man who was holding lots of boutonnieres and flowers.. Can you think back and see if this man is someone who has passed over. I get the impression that hes a "grandfather" Type and does have a military connection and wants to tell you that he was at the wedding. That he saw everything and was a part of it.

SPIRIT GUIDES

So, what are Spirit Guides, how many do you have and how do you connect them and do you need them? Spirit Guides are just that, beings on the "other side" that help you when YOU ask for it. That is a big catch - all human beings have free will and your guides and angels will not interfere unless you ask them for help. How many do you have? I don't think you always know how many but I can assure you that whatever you need, there will be someone there for you. You can have just one or just call upon one, or you can have several. With my own development, I have 3 main guides, one is my general go to guide, one is my healing guide and the last is the guide I do my my readings with. How do u contact them? The easiest way is to just ask. I know that sounds silly but it really is that simple. Even if you don't see them or feel them they will still be there. If you need more confirmation you can do meditations and ask for them to be there, they will, most likely, be happy to be there for you. Do you need them? Of course you don't. BUT they are there when you will need them.

Crystal and Indigo Children - Do they exisit?

I saw this comment in one of the previous threads about my feelings on Crystal children and Indigo children so I thought I would weigh in and give you what I feel when trying to gather information on this subject.

I do have to admit, that I have NOT read any of the books related to this topic, and when first asked about it, my guides are giving me the indication that its not really accurate in the sense that people seem to interpret it. I have been googling it the last day or so trying to get a better understanding of what its supposed to mean in order to better explain what i am seeing.

Here is what they mean, then my views.

Indigo children is a pseudoscientific[1] label given to children who are claimed to possess special, unusual and/or supernatural traits or abilities. The idea is based on New Age concepts developed in the 1970s by Nancy Ann Tappe. The concept of indigo children gained popular interest with the publication of a series of books in the late 1990s and the release of several films in the following decade. A variety of books, conferences and related materials have been created surrounding belief in the idea of indigo children and their nature and abilities. These beliefs range from their being the next stage in human evolution or possessing paranormal abilities such as telepathy to the belief that they are simply more empathic and creative than their peers.

CharacteristicsDescriptions of indigo children include the belief that they are empathetic, curious, strong-willed, independent, and often perceived by friends and family as being strange; possess a clear sense of self-definition and purpose; and also exhibit a strong inclination towards spiritual matters from early childhood. Indigo children have also been described as having a strong feeling of entitlement, or "deserving to be here." Other alleged traits include a high intelligence quotient, an inherent intuitive ability, and resistance to authority.[4][6] According to Tober and Carroll, indigo children function poorly in conventional schools due to their rejection of authority, being smarter than their teachers, and a lack of response to guilt-, fear- or manipulation-based discipline.[7]

My Views

My guides give me the impression that although the original author of this had good intentions in regards to what she was seeing and how she was interpreting it, is that its not entirely accurate. I believe that Autism and ADD or ADHD (or any other behaviour issues) are "SCIENCE" related rather than spiritual. Things that have happened over the years from pesticides, medication, pollution..etc... and someone would rather try and explain it in a spiritual sense.

My daughter, has characteristics of what they have listed above, but if you as a parent viewed the list, I bet that EVERYONE would be able to find a few on there that match their child(ren). My daughter is empathic, telepathic, and at least a few other things on there. I know a child who is ODD (oppositional defiant disorder) who has also been labeled ADHD, but from knowing him for a few years and doing daycare for him, he definitely does not match the other "labels" of an "indigo child".

In my opinion, "indigo children" is a "label" to try and explain what is happening in a spiritual sense.

Crystal children
Its my understanding that this is a book (idea) written by Doreen Virtue who is well known in the psychic community (I do have one of her tarot decks). however, I get the impression while reading the information that this was written AFTER the indigo children books/idea became popular. Almost like its a way to further explain it but in a new way. The characteristics are similar, comments about the aura being different. I really feel that a persons aura is more about emotion, what they are feeling, the health of the person rather than what type of "child" they are.

My views -
Again, just by reading the list, there is always going to be something in there that you will find that is similar to your child.

Now in regards to these things overall I really feel that the case is that we all come here for the same reason. To learn more, to become more spiritual, and raise our awareness to a higher level. To continue to achieve the greater good and learn specific lessons. There are people on this earth that are at a higher level. They have advanced by learning their lessons and operate in a higher frequency. We are all "equals" and meant to come together in our lifetimes to be a positive source. To experience life. I personally do not believe in "crystal or indigo children". Both based on what i have read, and what I have felt. My guides appear to shake their head and give me the impression that the information published/believed is not the right interpretation.

Dreams interpreted

I saw this being something that more than one person was asking about, so on my face book page, in the discussions tab is a "dream" discussion. Post your dreams there that you need help with interpretation and I will pick one time and post it here and tell you what I feel it means. Will help you to make peace with it, and have it interpreted once and for all!

I have reoccurring dreams of my ex. Sometimes we are having fun and just talking, other times (most times) we are back together and he's leaving me again ..I know who he's leaving me for in my dream (same person he did in real life) so I'm not sure why this keeps playing over and over, it's not like I want him to stay, or asking him, its kinda like just leave, leave and leave me alone..or in my dream I'll say to myself wait why are we back together???...Other times I'm just asking him random questions...This is like a 6 year issue, its not even like this is a recent breakup...lol
I have no feelings for him and do no want him back(no attachment) .......so how do I get him out of my dreams ; ) hahah

The interpretation here is "simple" there is still alot of emotion attached to your ex and what happened. There is still alot of hurt that you have buried here and not dealt with. As hard as it sounds, you need to forgive him for what took place and release the feelings you have about the abandonment you feel. What you are feeling is perfectly normal and anyone in your position would feel the same way... but because you have not forgiven the situation, the person and even yourself, you can't move forward from this. Not in your dreams, and not in your real life.

Say "I forgive myself for feeling guilty about my part in the break up. I forgive my ex for hurting me. I am ready to move on". Although this is not your fault on what happened, there is a part of you that feels guilty. Like you should have seen it coming.. that you should have done things different and he might not have moved on. These are things that you could not have done, and not have prevented and you need to move forward and forgive yourself.. After you say the above and realize the time is now to forgive and move on, the dream will change.

After you do the above, you need to also do the Apron of light trick.
(If your still having troubles of letting it go, then I want you to see yourself wearing a little half apron. This is tied at your waist and is white. I want you to see from your waist, strings of light that attach you to this person or issue that is currently troubling you. I want you to in your mind, take a pair of scissors and I want you to see yourself cutting these strings so that they are not longer attached. This too will help release any negative energy attached to you by this person or this issue.)

Relaxation is very important while trying to get pregnant. Many couples who suffer from unexplained fertility are told that they need to find ways to release stress because stress can account for their infertility. Many man who suffer from low sperm count are under stress. Women do not ovulate or ovulate too late during the cycle as a result of a stressful life style. We live in a very hectic society where since childhood we are pushed toward success and achievement without learning how to manage stress.

I was just finishing up with my readings and my guides had me google "reverse PCOS" and found an amazing page that provides some pretty good information for those of you who are suffering from PCOS. I figured I would post it here for you to take a look at and see if it would help you!

Why interpretation is sometimes off

This is something that I wanted to touch upon because I think that its important for everyone to know this when using psychics or even trying to strengthen your own gifts, and why I always insist, that no matter how long you have been open to your gifts, its always going to be a learning experience.

When doing a reading for a client, I am often shown images in my mind. People I know, places I have been, objects, scenery, pictures..etc.. Alot of times this is what I am given when it comes to providing a reading for a client. They ask me for a ttc or pregnancy reading, and provide pregnancy history. I then immediately given a picture of a month, or "hear" it spoken in my mind, along with an indication of a girl or a boy. Most times, they will just provide a female energy, or male energy. Other times resorting to saying month and gender spoken. Right after that, images start to flood my mind and I do my best to try and keep up. I will be shown a few glimpses of what they are doing in different parts of their life. Like a young boy who is using a sticking and poking at a bug, getting close and wanting to see what its doing. Hes not trying to hurt the bug, but just wants to see., Hes curious. They show his hair being brown and they show it parted to the left. His shirt is striped and he is wearing shorts that match his shirt. .. This image will often be accompanied with a few details of where he is located. I can see grass surrounding him, but hes on a cement pathway (could be the drive way). The more I focus on the one detail the more information I am able to get.

Then they jump ahead...giving me indications of his personality as a teenager. Often showing me whether hes good with alot of friends, or prefers to be by himself. They will show how he is in school.. How he interacts. By this, they will show images of how it relates, or of people I know if they want to be more specific. Like a friend of mine, if they were very selfish, they would flash his or her image in my mind to give me an indication of a similarity in personality aspects. So if you figure your friend "jane" is very shallow, then that is the image your guides would use in order to get the interpretation of "shallow" across to you.

The thing with interpretation and images, is that your limited to your life experiences. Things that you know, experienced and seen. So lets pretend that I have NEVER seen a hippo in my life before, and they wanted to say that your son LOVED hippos.. because that word would not be in my vocabulary, and because I had never seen a hippo, I might not understand what they are trying to show me, and my relate it to a rhinoceros because that would be the closest interpretation. Usually I will have a good indication if something is a bit off, and will say it looks "similar" to a rhino, in order to give you a better indication that its close to this.

Same thing with career paths, I can usually get a really strong indication of what they are doing, but a child might be similarly linked to what I have seen, if I am un-aware of a particular job title.

So its always ever learning, growing with your gifts. This is why I always ask my clients for feedback, good or bad!

Another thing I wanted to touch on tonight... I had a client today mistake me for Jennyrenny. She was looking for when her reading would be scheduled, and since i could not locate a payment through my email or my paypal, I asked her to send me the notification. She had purchased the reading from Jennyrenny. I pointed her in the right direction and she mentioned that she had been told that myself and jennyrenny were the same person. So I just wanted to touch base, and let people know, that I am NOT jennyrenny or anyone else. You will ONLY find me posting as cheri22 or iamcheri22 on my blog. I do not go by any other name.

Mulitple readings from multiple pyschics....

I have been getting this email from a few clients of mine in the last week. Asking me to quickly peek again into their reading to see if I will stick to the same gender and month as they have just gotten another reading from another psychic and they have seen different.

First and foremost, unless you have experienced a loss, or have gone out of your way to try and alter your reading (ie, using condoms to avoid the month predicted) then I will ALWAYS stick to what I have seen. When you second guess yourself its then that you will often find that you are off with your interpretation. You always need to be confident and see what happens.

When a client emails me with this, the first thing I ask is each psychic started off with the same information. You should ONLY give minimal information. I ONLY ask for your pregnancy history, and if its a trying to conceive or pregnancy reading.

I also tell my clients, to think about the readings they have been given. What their connection they felt with the psychic that provided their reading, who they felt better connected to. There is always going to be a difference. Someone who you feel compelled to contact, who you feel comfortable with, and actually a good energy vibe from. This is always going to signal a strong connection between both the client and the psychic. Always trust your own intuition!

Its okay to email and double check, I will always do my best to respond. I am perfectly fine with you letting me know you have contacted other psychics and will even refer you to ones I trust if you want to get more readings:)

My biggest piece of advice, is to not provide any more information that what is asked. I think that this allows you to really get a better sense of the information that the psychic is able to pull through in regards to your life, your personality, the personality of children already here, to come...etc... giving you the further connection that you have a good connection.

A Little More About Me

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share with you about a few things I am doing lately. Fist of all I am home for the Summer with my kids. I have one in drivers ed, one in violin camp and one tagging along for the ride. My hubby travels alot, so in the summer he goes to all the places he can't get to in winter because of bad weather. Well its official.. The contest is over, all readings have been given away and the secret is out! I had "Silver" write a quick blurb introducing herself so that you can get to know the psychic behind the name (her real name is Brandy, but goes by Silver).

Hi all!

When I went back to live with my father at age 13-14 he burned all of my tarot and oracle cards, my altar and my spell books and I went into a period of 4 years (high school) where I was not willing or able to use any of my gifts.

And when I say gifts I'm not sure what to call them. I can look at my tarot cards and decipher an accurate meaning from them and use them to guide and tell the future. I have a deep bond with my pendulum, Zoey, and she tells me things. And I sometimes have dreams and visions that come true. If you’re feeling down, you will probably cross my mind and if I have an email my nose itches.

The one person I have the strongest link with is my fiancé of almost 3 years. If he is hurting, I am hurting. If he is happy, so am I.

My Daughter elana has brown hair, its curly (or wavy depending on how much shes brushed it) She usually likes to wear it down, but if she does anything with it, its either a head band, or a low pony tail.

She does have her ears pierced, shes very slim, but would consider her height to be a bit on the shorter side. Shes not the shortest kid in her class, but definately not the tallest.

She DEFINATELY likes to be right all the time and seems to be very logical. Getting you on the "verbal" end of the arguement because she applies logic to what is said, taking things at times literally for their meaning and then driving me crazy because its hard to explain certain things. She loves to be right.

She is good with running (shes faster than me and shes only 8!) She would be good in sports, but really does not like some of the attention it brings. We had her in soccer, and she refused to go after the ball because she does not want the kids to chase her.

Shes very artistic, great with drawing and very creative. She LOVES animals, especially dogs, and certainly would have our house filled with them if my husband went along with the plan.

She loves being social. Always (ALWAYS)asking for someone to come over, or sleepover. Shes always very nurturing as well. At this stage of her life, would consider her to be a bit of a tomboy. She is not into dresses, lately has been more into playing dress up with the kids, and wanting to be the prince.

In regards to the banana comment, she does love bananas, but I think that the bigger interpretation is that the knick name is "elana banana". Shes not too fond of the knick name, but thats sometimes what we call her (not to mention I refer to her as a monkey at times too)

Elana is a very giving person. Often volunteering to give some of her things to her friends...having me pay for them to come along with whatever activity that we have planned. Shes always someone who wants to help someone else. Shes got a good heart.

Elana does like to help out in the kitchen. Mostly with just the preparation. I had signed her up for a "dinner and a movie" course that they made dinner and then watched a movie and she loved it!.

AS far as the bare feet comment, (wallace family), I am actually wondering if your connecting with my mother who has passed on.. The information you provided would explain that:) She would NEVER wear socks with her shoes, prefered bare feet. Everything you said, I could see her saying:) Wondering if you have experineced that before?

My daughter does have a strong character, and can certainly be stubborn. Shes VERY intuitive, and I have to be careful with what I think sometimes, because I am pretty much convienced shes got telepathic abilities. Too many times to account for, when she said exactly what I was just thinking (and it was just a random thought) or did something I was thinking and she followed through with it. (Example, driving home from picking her up from school, her backpack was stuck on top of her friends, which was kinda blocking the view out of the rear window.. I had just thought it, she reached over and took it down. Sometimes I think coincidence, but I really think that there has been too many of those to think coincidence anymore. Shes also the one who predicted I was pregnant with my now three year old, by telling me I had someone in my tummy. I would have only been a week pregnant at this point. Also even predicting it to be a girl).

Red Raspberry for Fertility Issues

Developing your intuition is something that many people want to do. But it takes something that many people do not pay attention to at all: their sense of self-esteem. Now, you might wonder what self-esteem could have to do with intuition. But the answer is really: everything. Intuition has many forms, some say that intuition is a mental capacity inside our brain, some say that it’s more an antenna that can somehow pick up information from some big network… but no matter what theory or model or idea you believe is “right”, the fact remains that a person with a good sense of intuition is able to make excellent decisions and has an almost unfair advantage over other people because of their ability to access information.

It takes a lot of guts to face these revelations. And if you do not have a healthy and strong self-esteem, then your own self will deliberately shut down the gates of your intuitive perception. If your intuition gives you pieces of insight into yourself, but you reject that insight, because it is not “how you want things to be” or how you planned them to be, then you are negating your own intuition. And you are doing so because of fear. But, if you have a weak self-esteem, it will not be enough, and it will be overshadowed by all these other things and you will stifle your intuition every time it points out something to you that you are uncomfortable with.
Think of all the mistakes you made in life. There are many mistakes we make in life that are just part of growing up, part of our learning process, and that is okay. Being a human being, part of our mission here is also to learn from mistakes. But do you have some mistakes that you regret more than others? Some particular mistakes that leave you with a feeling of remorse when you think back to them?
Well, those are the mistakes where your intuition basically warned you, and you did not want to listen. Remorse and regret are your intuitions way of saying: “I told you so – and if you want to make better decisions in the future and lead a happier life, then you better allow yourself to listen to your own inner wisdom next time.

What is a Pendulum? How do you use it?

Of all of the divination tools, the pendulum is the most common and easiest to use. Its power should not be underestimated though. You may have heard the old wise tale of putting a wedding band on a piece of string and asking it if you would have a boy or a girl, circles for girls, back and forth for boys. You can either make your own pendulum with an object on a string, or the most common is a crystal on the end of a chain. You can buy them online, or at a metaphysical store. Typically, 3 answers can be given with a pendulum, YES, NO, DO NOT KNOW. In answer to your question, the pendulum with either:

Swing back and forth

Swing in a clockwise circle

Swing in a counter-clockwise circle

Swing for side to side

Remain stationary

When you have made your pendulum or purchased you pendulum, you need to hold it, ask for it to be blessed and cleared. Now, when you are ready to begin to ask questions, you need to ask your pendulum to show you YES, NO, or DON’T KNOW. Do you ever have one of those weeks?

Its been a LONG week.. Lets say that it started for me on Friday last week. I run daycare during the day, and was washing the table after breakfast and noticed a "D" and "A" ENGRAVED into my kitchen table. As I have a child (hes 7) that comes here and has a D&A in his name, I thought it must be him. I have been working on my patience of not getting mad, and called his parents (the kids were already in school) and asked if they could stop by before heading to work and see if they thought he might have done it. Like any parent, they were mortified that he could have done something like that, but were already on their way to work and would stop by when picking them up.

After school calmly asked him to come upstairs and take a look. Asked if he did it, which he replied no. Asked if it was possible it was an accident, he still said he did not do it. (you can totally tell when hes lying, and with this he was being honest). Next kid at the bottom of the stairs was my 8 year old. Figured I would ask everyone. Turns out my 8 year old DID do it. At first tried to tell me her fork slipped.... Ummm no! Finally did tell me the truth and she started to cry. I am hoping that she learned her lesson. I did not freak out, but she knows I was dissapointed and upset.

Wednesday while sitting on the couch, turned and noticed that the 7 year old boy, is biting (yes biting with his teeth!)the top of my kitchen chair. They are cherrywood (I think) and here he is with his mouth on the top chewing away! I was shocked and mentioned something to that affect and told him to stop.

Today, (gosh I was so hoping today was friday!) noticed that my coffee table has a very large gouge out of it. I am unsure if one of the kids did it, or when I placed a heavy storage container on it, and took it back off if I somehow did it (I did check the container and no rough edges, but you never know).

It seems like things are being destroyed left right and centre! It can feel a bit overwhelming. The kids were VERY loud today, and started to play dress up which was nice. I started to put the dishes into the dishwasher from lunch/snacks, had to clean the one piece from the stove top as I spilled food on it. I turn the dishwasher on, walked to the living room (I can see the living room from where the kitchen is as its basically all one room) The 7 year old boy is wearing dress up clothes that have feathers on it. Hes spent at least 10 minutes tearing the feathers off and dropping it around the living room, down the stairs. In just a matter of 10 minutes this has happened.

After everything that has already happened this week, lets just say I was shocked. None of these kids would this be considered typical behaviour. I just basically asked if he thought this was fun for me... He looked shocked! I then told him I was going to get the vaccum and he was the one to clean it all up. I followed through with that, (yes I helped slightly) but hopefully he has learned his lesson!

So.. every have one of those weeks, where it just seems like things happen in a "streak" and it gets to the point where you can't do anything but laugh?

So tonight, I am exhausted, and a bit of a headache. Looking forward to hopefully starting next week off on the right foot. I will also post on Monday the next installment of the secret psychic. I might even give away FOUR readings that day and then release her information sooner! Stay tuned!

Do you believe this? Me, no, I do not believe that Jesus will return to earth to judge us all and then punish us by ending the world.

We have all come to learn lessons in this life to better evolve our spiritual destinations. (With Gods love and permission). Its free will and lessons we need to learn that sometimes bring out the bad in people. It happens. Its when you pass, that you need to learn those lessons and forgive yourself for your wrongs and the people you hurt. God does not judge, yet we seem to judge ourselves. His love is unconditional and if you can love and forgive yourself for your mistakes, he can too.

So no, I do not believe that Jesus would be brought to earth in order to judge us all. If anything, its going to be a bunch of lunatics who cause havoc and destruction in his name. Yet, I still dont think that it will be the start of the end. What are your thoughts?

Your grounded!!!

I have decided to "fine tune" my skills by taking one of James Van Praaghs online courses. I felt that it can only further help improve and awaken my senses so why not!

I really found this interesting and wanted to share it with you.

Sit in a comfortable position, making sure your spine is straight. If you slouch, the energy cannot move up and down the body easily. Imagine a wire pulling you straight up from the top of your head. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. As you do, visualize each breath coming into the body like a stream of golden light. This light touches and fills every cell, organ and muscle of your body. With each breath, you feel invigorated. As you exhale, imagine a gray mist exiting the body. This mist represents any excess energy, anxiety, fear, nervousness or apprehension that you may have.

Next, imagine that you are sitting in the center of your body. Visualize that you are looking out of your body from behind the middle of your forehead, right behind the brow. This is your third eye center.

Lastly, visualize three cords. One is tied to the base of your spine, and the other two are connected to each ankle. See these cords going straight down to the center of the earth. Imagine three big rocks at the center of the earth, and tie each cord to each of the three rocks. Concentrate on any excess energy in your space going down the cords and transmuting as it enters the earth. Visualize the energy of Mother Earth healing you as it travels up the cords and anchors you to the earth. You are now properly grounded and centered to begin your work. Remember to be patient, confident and joyful in your approach.

I really think that you guys should try this type of "grounding". Even if you are not going to open up your own abilities, it really does make you feel more relaxed and "in control". For those of you interested, James offers online courses to help start or even stregthen your gifts! They are inexpensive and so far easy to use!

Finding a psychic that best matches your needs and personality can be challenging at times. A good starting point is to find someone who you intuitively feel drawn to. It is always good to find someone who shares similar beliefs and such. Sacral Chakra and Fertility

The Sacral Chakra is located in the sacrum (hence the name) and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. The key issues involving the Sacral Chakra are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, the Sacral Chakra governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm.

As a Reiki Master, I often balance the chakras of clients. I feel when you are trying to conceive, one thing to consider is if your energy is balanced. If your chakras are balanced, your energy will flow cohesively, and in turn your physical self will be running in perfect harmony. This balanced energy flow can also aid in conception.

There are numerous ways to clear your chakras. One is to have someone do it for you, or two you can try yourself. I own a few meditations that are specifically for clearing the chakras. You can also close your eyes and imagine the sacral chakra area full of healing white light. You may be amazed at what balancing a chakra can do, it may make you more regular, lessen PMS symptoms, and more fertile!!! J

"Signs from spirit are all around us, and everything speaks to us if we stay aware. If I meet with constant resistance, obstacles, and delays about a certain project, I take it as a sign from spirit that I am heading in the wrong direction." (taken from his facebook post). I thought I would actually add to this as it can totally be misunderstood.

We all have lessons in life, and we can all admit that learning those lessons is never easy.

When you are facing a problem, and every step of the way you are met with resistance, you face hurdles to overcome, things just dont seem to be going right, should you walk away? James Van Praagh thinks you should. Me, I think that you should do a few things before walking away.

1) Trust your gut intuition!! Does this seem like your trying to force this to work? Like putting a square peg in a round hole?

2) Are you paying attention to the signs around you? Usually dreams are fairly good about allowing your guides to help you figure out what is wrong with this current path and if it will be successful. Often as well leaving signs around for you to interpret and know if its right.

3) Has this same scenario played out many times before? It does not have to always have the same people involved, but is the situation similar and its always difficult so you walk away or give up? If so, its a life lesson that needs to be dealt with.

You never need to make a rush decision in your life when you feel its going to be a big decision. You can ALWAYS ask your guides to help you figure out the right path. If you find your judgement clouded and not getting a clear answer, email a psychic you trust and connect with to gather more insight.

So there are many factors in life that you need to consider before just walking away. I really think that life tends to be tough when situations include life lessons. A life lesson will always find a way to creep back into your life. Its just a matter if your willing to learn it or not.

I am Suzanne, and I am a mom of three boys, a wife to a wonderful husband and a Psychic/Medium as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher. We all have natural intuition, guardian angels and spirit guides. It wasn’t until my mother passed away that I began my journey. I had some experiences while with my mom when she was dying. This new card deck is COOL!!

I ordered a new card deck from Cheri Manacuso (ordered directly from her).

You lay out 16 cards and it reads like a "storey". I am still using the book to help gain knowledge of the meaning of the cards, to help with the interpretation but so far they seem to be alot of fun. I had just given away a reading using this deck to someone last week and just supplied her reading to her about 30 minutes ago.

To try and get the hang of this, I decided that I would do a reading for myself (psychics can't use intuition to do a reading for themselves).

Well I guess we will see how it all works out.

The cards tell me that there will be a new project that will happen (could e a business venture?) That will be great. Will provide new ways of moving forward and allow it to grow. That things will be hard, but being persistant will pay off. There is going to be something government related, but will allow me to be on top.

I have been thinking about this alot since my mom passed a year ago (March 8, 2010) that its really hard to believe that they are gone. Sometimes stopping myself from reaching over to the phone and giving her a call to say hi. I have talked to many people and everyone seems to say the same thing. How hard it is to believe that they are actually gone. For those of you who have not had a loved one pass who was close to you, you might not totally realize the feeling I am expressing (I hope you dont have to for MANY MANY years!).

I meditated on this during the weekend. Asking why it was hard to believe, to be able to grieve and move forward with the good memories. The answer I was given.. same as I have told many people. Because they are not really gone. I tried communicating with my mother, following the meditation that James Van Praagh taught during his show in September 2010. It was the same answer every time I ask. Shes not gone, shes right here and always will be. Your soul/spirit knows that. That's why it has to believe that they are gone, because your soul/spirit KNOWS that they are not. Your brain and your spirit seem to fight each other with this and make it more difficult to just accept that they are NOT gone.

So try and take comfort, that there are signs out there. Don't try and second guess what your shown. Believe that they are trying to show you that they are near.

Hi Cheri just wanted to let you know through all my frustration and years of trying you told me I would get pregnant in February about three years ago.

I actually had the chance to "meet" this woman as she had come to me for a reading. During our original conversation let me know that she was a psychic as well and also reiki master! Lady Gaga and me!

Yep, its true, I danced with my friend Krista for Lady Gaga's back up dancers, but I did not make the cut.

Did I mention this was my dream last night?

In my dream, my friend krista dragged me to Lady Gaga's dance rehersal. This would earn you a spot as a back up dancer. I can dance for fun, but gosh I could trip over my feet trying to follow anything that is remotely coordinated! So even things like aerobics are a challenge! Can't get my feet/arms moving at the same time in order to follow the pattern. Yes its funny and okay to laugh, I am!

Well, Lady Gaga pulled me aside and said that she was sorry that I would not be making the team. I hadn't really danced much, but new I was horrible. She let me know that this had nothing to do with my dancing skills. That it was that I did not fill out the application correctly. According to her, on a form that I certainly did not remember filling anything out I missed a question. You had to tell her what "person" you looked like. I guess if you had a "celebrity look alike" is what she was looking for. I stood there and had a look on my face like I had no idea what to say. I honestly can't think of any celebrity that I look like. There for I failed.

She explained that by being able to pick a person who YOU thought you looked like, gives her and indication of your personality.

Now even though the dream is over, I still can't help but think what this dream could possibly mean. Before going to bed, I was telling my husband that it sucks that as we get older, we kinda change in our looks. I think it would be far better to remain in what we looked like in our mid 20s. I could totally go for that.

But what does Lady Gaga stand for? She has her song "born this way". I think that the message in this dream is to accept yourself for who you are. That its not about the outside of a person (as she was definately not judging me based on appearance) but rather than inner character.

So perhaps you should be confident in who you are as a person, rather than who you think you look like? (meaning whether or not you feel that your are attractive, or too skinny, or a bit over weight)

"crazy" pregnancy cravings?

I had a client email me, letting me know that she was craving "dirt". Yes, its true (I will keep her identity a secret as to not cause any embarrasment). She was worried I was going to laugh and actually I am not. I have actually heard of this before from other sources that they mentioned that they had been craving dirt. I actually wanted to google this for everyone in case anyone else experienced this. Its actually quite common, and they have given it a name!! (PICA - Cravings for non-food items during pregnancy). They have linked this to being usually low with a mineral deficiency. I even located an article that might be good to read, just so that your prepared should this happen to you!

I thought that this was interesting. In both of my pregnancies I did not crave things like this. For me, it was watermelon, marshmellows, and corn nuts(which I puked up after eating) . Some pregnant women develop strong cravings for non-food items such as dirt, ashes, clay, chalk, ice, laundry starch, baking soda, soap, toothpaste, paint chips, plaster, wax, hair, coffee grounds, and even cigarette butts. This phenomenon is called pica (which is Latin for magpie, a bird that will eat almost anything).

So if this happens to you, please do not be embarrased about it, and realize that its actually fairly common and that you should mention it to your dr!

I know that some of you had purchased readings and never got them. Elisabeth emailed me about a week ago and let me know what happened and that she wanted to start helping with her readings again. I was updating a reading for a client of mine. She asked if she was on the right track with her current path in regards to trying to concieve. She mentioned she was going to start taking a fertility blend. The funny part of this, is that my guides gave me that if she went to a natural path store, and talked with someone there, they would be able to provide her with something that i felt would be beneficial. I got the name "gonja root". I have NEVER heard of that, and being the google-aholic I claim to be, figured I would be helpful and google it. Being able to provide her the information so that she did not have to search it for herself. As I love to help everyone, I figured this way I could look into it, and then post about it here and hopefully will benefit someone else in the same position.

This is where you are going to bust a gut! If you google "Ganja root" its marijuana! OH MY GOSH!!! I can't believe it! Its funny, you have to laugh, but really can't see how that would help aide in conception!! (although she did mention she joined a gym to lower her stress levels!).

I really did have to laugh, never had that happen in a reading before, and hopefully she got a good laugh. I did put in there what I found and told her I can't believe It actually said that!

Well I have offically been given the go ahead to release her information! Her site is up and running (has a few glitches, but still okay to use!) It was a good day today. I decided to take the kids to the zoo (including three of my daycare kids and my own two) and it was a VERY long walk. I think that we were there from around 11:30 until about 2:45pm. I can tell you that I was tired, and from the looks of the kids so were they! I took tons of pictures and will post a few in the next day when I have a chance to upload it.

I am really happy that the "grumpyness" days dont last long on me and my mood is never foul for too long.

I am grumpy...

I really don’t like to be grumpy and a happy person by nature, and I realize that this mood never lasts long. I had a GREAT salad from Costco (had everything but the kitchen sink in it!). So at least had a good dinner.

Have you ever had a feeling that you needed to be somewhere but you had no idea why? For the past week, I have had this urge to go to Costco. I really do hate that place because its always busy, line ups are long and you walk out of there spending a small fortune and carrying only 8 items. I know its bulk and a good deal, but it really drives me crazy to think that I paid that much for basically nothing.

Well, the past week have had this urge that I just needed to go. I fought it for about a week and the urge just got better. I figured that perhaps I was meant to be there for something and figured I might as well get this over and done with so I can stop thinking of going! I called my Mother in law to see if she wanted to come with me and my two girls. Turns out she was just about to head out the door and go there herself. Coincidence?

We picked her up and headed there. Nothing happened on the way there, (nothing significant at least). Got there, and able to park without too many problems. The store was busy, but perhaps less busy than normal for a Sunday. Got some groceries and found some good deals (including that salad!) Well still nothing significant happened.

We left and went through the drive thru of Tim Hortons and got my steeped tea (did I mention I am a Tim Hortons tea-acholic??) I thought, oh... what If I win something on the roll up to win and this is why I drove out there to go to a place I don’t really like? NOPE... Drove home and still nothing significant!!

So sometimes what might seem like a premonition or a significant pull can just be "nothing" at all!

Premonitions are tricky!

With Premonitions I usually only get a few minutes "warning". I really think that my guides are not trying to give me enough time to prevent the outcome, but more so to prepare myself.

I usually do not have too much time to react, but sometimes can certainly lesson the impact of what is to come.

Take this morning for example. I am up at just after 7am, my daycare kid to arrive around 7:30 and both my girls are still fast asleep.

This morning, we have people coming to chop our tree down (its causing problems with the foundation as someone planed this thing WAY TOO CLOSE to the house!! - its a maple tree!) Before I had gone into the shower, noticed that my husband was gone to work already. Into the shower I go.

I was then given an image of someone coming into the backyard and onto the patio to start with the tree chopping. I thought that would be kinda ackward as our bathroom window goes out onto the patio... yes its frosted, but trust me, you can see the outlines of people quite well!! (The neighbours cant see as there are trees thank goodness). Anyways, I thought perhaps my imagination was running away with me and really did not think that they would be coming to the house, let alone just marching up to the back deck without first knocking on the door.

Well lo and behold, I see a figure start walking across the deck, its moving our bbq from one end of the deck to the other. Lets just say that I ducked below the window, turned the water off and quickly grabbed a towel and got out! Didn't get to finish with the conditioner but just did not want my first impression of the people here to cut our tree, to be of me in the shower seeing my outline!

After getting dressed and heading out of the bathroom I take a peek outside. Apparently my husband had come back to move some stuff out of the way while I was in the shower so that when they started with the tree, there would be nothing in their way! Thank goodness!

So, although I always tell you to listen to your gut and trust in your own intuition/premonitions sometimes it can be a bit funny and not exactly as what you are shown/interpret:)

Fertility massage

I was doing a reading for a client tonight and my guides showed me this woman having a massage of some sort. The image showed the stomach (uterus) area, and someone pushing a bit hard like a massage in order to help with conception. I have never encountered this before in a reading so being the googleacholic that I am... I googled it!

I was reading something else and thought I would google about a happy uterus and actually came across a very unique article that I felt I just had to post here for you guys!

This may seem like a strange question. If you suffer from PMS, menstrual cramps, menopausal or peri-menopausal symptoms, headaches or migraines with your period, varicose veins, endometriosis, bladder infections, chronic miscarriages, or infertility there is a good chance your uterus is unhappy, prolapsed or tipped.

A healthy and happy uterus is dependent on optimal circulation of blood, Qi, nervous function, lymph, as well as good nutrient and mineral balance.

7 Healthy Tips for a Happy Uterus:

1.Walking is a wonderful free exercise that gets your heart pumping, your diaphragm descending for optimal digestion and breathing and your legs moving for good circulation. Walking also boosts the "good cholesterol" and lowers the "bad cholesterol" in your blood, which helps to keep the heart healthy. All of these things are necessary for a healthy uterus.

2. Yoga, especially inverted poses like downward dog, and partial or full headstands help the uterus go back into the proper position allowing for good circulation.

3. Greens, such as stinging nettles, kale, spinach, collard greens, etc, are very important for both alkaline balance as well as mineral balance for optimal nervous function. Women who drink 2-4 cups of stinging nettle tea daily and eat cooked leafy greens as well as lettuce salads are getting the abundant folic acid, calcium, magnesium, and other minerals needed to create a healthy baby.

4. Green Drinks such as spirulina, chlorella, oat grass and wheat grass are wonderful sources of minerals and high in chlorophyll. Wheatgrass is also an excellent source of vitamins A, B, C, E and K, as well as calcium, chlorine, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulphur, cobalt and zinc. The chemical structure of the chlorophyll molecule and its similarity to the hemin molecule of hemoglobin makes wheatgrass quickly utilized by the human blood stream, giving the human body the fundamental components to eliminate disease and regenerate itself. Researchers studied 118 women with low total cholesterol (less than the 10th percentile) and 940 women with mid-range cholesterol levels.

6. Castor Oil is derived from the bean of the Ricinus communis or Palma Christi plant (Palm of Christ). The Palma Christi has been used for therapeutically for centuries in the folk medicine of ancient India, China, Persia, Africa, Greece, Rome, and the Americas. It has large, beautiful palmate leaves hence the name, Palma Christi.

Used externally, castor oil has been used to treat a variety of health conditions such as arthritis, liver and intestinal disorders, tumors, cysts, and skin conditions. Taken internally, castor oil is a strong cathartic and is not recommended as there are ways to relieve constipation that are not as harsh. These are some basics for finding balance and getting periods to resume, but just because you have a period does not mean that you are ovulation or that you will conceive. The things listed above are things that have been shown to have benefits based on research and not anecdotal evidence.

FSH is based on a 3 month cycle and depends on the egg quality. So, ideally if one can improve the quality of the eggs the FSH will come down and there is a better chance for conceiving. I would recommend a detoxifying/anti-inflammatory diet along with stress reduction, the wheatgrass, and the DHEA. I think that the tendency is to try all these products at once and it is not clear how all of these herbs/supplements interact with each other and the fertility medications that one might be on. Also, weight loss can help if the individual is overweight (5-10% body weight reduction). This reduction improves insulin sensitivity which plays a role in estrogen balance.

The diet plan gets a little complicated because each person is different and is going to need a different diet. Also, they will need different supplementation for vitamins and minerals depending on how they metabolizes these nutrients. To determine this gene testing is needed. Also, determining allergens and/or sensitivities is needed to be able to remove inflammatory foods. If this cannot be done doing a basic elimination diet for a month is good.

I attached a handout about detoxifacation I made for a presentation. It gets into the nuts and bolts. With anything medical individuals wanting to change their diet or incorporate supplements/herbs in with their regimen should consult their healthcare provider. There is a lot to consider when dealing with an individual. Normally, I work with the individuals physician to get labs, medication list, and medical history. Discussing alternative treatments with the physician should always be undertaken. If you feel like your physician will be judgemental or will not listen then it is time for you to get another physician. You the patient is in charge of your care and as such you are part of the care team with the doctor. I know that it does not always work that way in western medicine. I have been there angry frustrated because my RE was dismissive, but there are some good doctors out there that are blended western and eastern medicine together you have to search for them.

In case your wondering.. I am talking of hypnosis! I have to admit that I tried it three weeks ago. I have been trying to loose weight (I am halfway to my goal, I need 25lbs more to fall off!) and figured hypnosis might help. What do I have to loose?

I made my appt, and was a bit nervous as the only experinece that I had with hypnosis was at some bar show where he made people act crazy and they appeared to have no control. Well, I guess not all hypnosis is like that. If you have ever been in a group meditation (like I did with the show for James Van Praagh) then you have experineced hypnosis! You are in COMPLETE control, and can come out of the hypnosis if you want to.

She actually helped me quite a bit with the one session (so far) that I have had. I asked her to help me be more motivated for excersise, and to help me avoid chocolate and pop (as those two things I consumed EVERY day). Well, since that sunday of my session, I have NOT had either chocolate or pop!! not even one! I do feel more motivated for excerise, I can feel the want. I am more active than I was, but I am not doing as much as I would like. My next session is actually going to have her focus on stop eating when I know I am full, and to not eat when I am not hungry.... I figure that will be a great addition!

So... if hypnosis works for weight loss (according to google and sites I visited 95% effective) why not fertility? So I googled it! Thought you might like hear about this!

Sleep is a natural process of the body but it's when you stop trying to sleep that you are more likely to actually fall asleep. So it is with pregnancy.

Sometimes those dreams are just hard to shake!

Last night had a dream that literally woke me up at just after 6am this morning and unable to go back to sleep. My mom was in it (as most of you know she passed away in March 2010)

The dream had her "lost" in the downtown part of Vancouver, BC, almost like she was living on the streets. I was so pissed off that she had not called me to come and get her, or at least to let us know that she was okay. In my dream, I knew I had not talked to her for awhile, and was in "panic" mode that I had not heard from her.

I then realized that I had her cell phone number (I dont think that would be something that people forget!lol) so I called it.... Her husband answered the phone. I was in shock, he mentioned that she could not keep her phone.....

It was then that I woke up in bed, with the first thought of organizing a search party for her today....to then be hit with the realization again that shes gone.

What a crazy dream! I was hoping to be able to sleep in this morning (7am is sleeping in over here) but nope, couldn't get back to sleep at all this morning. My 2 year old is up now, and we are watching Curious George. I figured since I am up (and wide awake!) that I will get a jump start on the day. So I guess something good can come out of being up so early!

On a completely different topic (but similar) I had a women email me asking me to exchange links. As I am now hesistant (and I guess protective of you guys) I dont just link with anyone (since what happened with Ruby and giving her the benefit of the doubt at first).

I had this psychic read for me. Unfortunetly she was not accurate with me (and it is harder to read psychics as we do tend to sheild our energy a bit more than people who have not tuned into their gifts) and when I provided her feedback on where she was off for me... she blew a gasket. I was shocked to say the least as I was not expecting that reaction. I guess I just assumed that all psychics prefer to have feedback (good or bad) so that they can strengthen their interpretation skills.
