A coincidence...or help from beyond?

Those of you who are following along the blog for a long time know that my mom passed away on march 8, 2010. Those of you who follow me on facebook know that I was going to play bingo with my sister, my two aunts and my sisters friend. Saturday would have been my mom's 57th birthday. Rather than sit at home and mop about and miss her like crazy, my one aunt suggested we all head to a bingo hall and play in her memory. This was really fitting as my mom LOVED bingo. I agreed even though it was about 1.5 drive for me, thought it would be fun to get together with them all and play. Turns out the games were each worth 1000.00. That certainly helps too!

They were computer monitors that you touch when you got a number. It was fun. During one of the games, my Aunt (which is my mothers sister) pulled out a picture of my mom and startted to rub it across the screen. Saying "Come on sheila, help me out". next thing I know, she punches me! I was a bit shocked, and said "hey whats that for!" (in a joking way) and she points up at the monitor. Turns out the number that just popped up was the number she needed to call bingo! As per the agreement she made with us all before even coming to bingo was if anyone won we would all split it.

Well about an hour later, playing the games as it goes along, each of us getting closer to calling but not getting the right number before someone else. We still were having a really good time. My Aunt again pulls out the picture of my mom and says the exact same thing as before. What do you know, her ball shows up in the monitor and she calls bingo again. We are all beyond excited for her (and us as well as she has to split it up!)

It was getting closer to the end of the night and not much time left before it was time to go, I knew me having an 1.5 drive left ahead of me and its already late at night, decided to get going without playing the last game. They mentioned it wouldn't take long and if I left they didn't have to split it with me. (said in a joking manner). I had already been given an impression from my mom that it was "enough" with what we already had, and was happy with what I came home with. I had planned on buying myself a new lawnmower for my birthday this year (its on the 17th of this month) and now I have the money to do so. So thank you mom!

Cluttering up your life?

Today has been raining outside. Seems to be the norm weather out here for the last month or two. Yesterday was sunshine, but only for the one day and here we are back to rain!

I am having a garage sale on Sunday, my daughter is very excited because she wants to sell her toys that she does not play with. I can't even remember the last time I had a garage sale. My friend and my sister will be coming as well with their stuff so should be a great selection.

I think having a garage sale (or even donating things you no longer use anymore) is good for your life. It helps to declutter and cleanse your area, and is often a very uplifting experinece. I actually for the last few days have been going through my cuboards and drawers and finding things that I did not even know I had, or things that I have not used for at least 4 years! I figure its time for those items to find a new home! I actually even cleaned out the one cuboard full of craft stuff and organized it in plastic baggies so if the kids decide they want to do a craft, I just grab a bag and we have fun. No more sorting it out or expecting them to be patient while I start hunting for all the pieces! I actually feel really good about getting rid of some of the stuff and if it does not sell, will take whatever is left to the goodwill society (of some sort).

So take sometime this week and devote it to organizing a room that has kinda gotten out of control (come on all your hoarders;) and feel the effect it has to make it nice and neat, to rid your room of some of the clutter. Sometimes your life will feel the same way, cluttered, or crazy, and sometimes when your house (or a particular room) is like this, you might actually feel the same effect trickle into your life. It can be kinda depressing walking into a room that is cluttered and messy. You will feel good about it! Post in the comment section if you took me up on my challenge! I plan on tackling my daughters room in the next day or so, and as well my closet in the computer room (gosh there is stuff in there I am sure of it!)

Now in regards to the contest below (I think three posts?) there were 9 people who entered the contest with their birth or fertility stories. I can online to pick a winner.. and you know what, I couldn't pick just one. Which tells me that you ALL WIN. So if you can email me cheri22@gmail.com and put in the subject line "blog winner" I will let you know when your prize will be completed. You all get one free question to be answered! CONGRATS!

How To Listen to Your Intuition

1.Turn off that car radio. Giving your physical hearing a rest can expand your inner ear.

2.At home, turn off the computer, the television, and the stereo. Spend a half hour or so in quiet meditation or solace.

3.Spend some quiet time alone in nature.

4.Pay attention to energy shifts in your physical body. Pain is telling you something is wrong.

5.Keep a dream journal.

6.Take moments in each day to clear your mind of distractions. Visualizing a chalkboard being erased often helps with this exercise.

7.On your way home tune in to see if you can "guess" how many pieces of mail are waiting for you in your mailbox. You will be amazed how accurate you will become at this over time.

8.Keep a synchronicity notebook to write down all your so called "coincidences."

9.Follow your hunches. Prepare to be amazed where they lead you.

10.Notice scents around you. What emotions or memories do they stir up?

11.Start noticing "markers" or "signs" that bring about particular sensations in your gut.

Tips:
1.Try not to get bogged down with any nagging NEED TO KNOW when you are given a particular message. Explanations come along with intuitive messages on a "need to know
basis."

2.Using your sixth sense is just like working a muscle. It will get stronger the more you use it.

3.Take cues from your pets. Animals can be especially sensitive to psychic energies.

Would you buy the fertility drug Clomid online?

Trying to get pregnant is such a joyful, exciting decision for most of us. When you first start on your journey of trying to conceive, anticipation and happiness are probably your main emotions. Then, with each month and each negative pregnancy test, those emotions turn into something darker, into sadness, and frustration.

If you have been trying to get pregnant for over a year, or if you have already been diagnosed with fertility problems like not ovulating, or a short luteal phase, your have probably been there. I know I have. You have typed “Clomid” or even “Buy Clomid” into Google, and have been surprised at how many websites offer this popular fertility drug at a low cost.

Buying the fertility drug Clomid online is easy, and websites offering Clomid seem to pop up everywhere, like mushrooms after the rain. But make no mistake, Clomid is not for everyone, and it has side effects. Clomid can be a great solution for women who are anovulatory, and buying it online, without any hassle, can seem so tempting.

But what are the dangers of buying Clomid from an online pharmacy?

There are plenty of reasons why Clomid should be a prescription-only drug. Of course, not everyone trying to get pregnant has problems with ovulating, or has a Luteal Phase Defect. If these are not the causes of infertility, then Clomid does more harm then good.

Clomid side effects don’t just include your normal, run of the mill side effects that go with every medication. Those are there too, of course – Clomid can make you feel nauseous, can make you vomit, causes headaches in some people, and hot flushes, uterine bleeding and a blurred vision are not uncommon either. But Clomid can also cause ovarian cysts, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and even, when used incorrectly, ovarian cancer.

It is essential to get the dose of Clomid right, and to never use it for extended periods of time. If one of the rarer and nastier side effects of Clomid does rear its ugly face, I know that I would be beyond grateful to have my doctor there to treat it. I don’t even want to think about taking a drug that I think is Clomid, but that is something totally different, all because I decided to buy it from an online “pharmacy”.

How about you? Have you ever thought about buying Clomid online? Have you gone one step further, and actually done it? Or were you prescribed Clomid by your doctor, and suffered side effects? What are your experiences and opinions on this topic?
