so who here has some "one day" these clothes will fit?

I have been going like crazy with the laundry and trying to put it all away while trying to entertain the baby. (Shes pretty happy with my underwear on her head as a hat! lol - YES THEY ARE CLEAN!)
Anyways, I was putting away my pants and opened my "pans" drawer. They are filled with my "one day these will fit" pants. I was thinking that I should try them on. I have still not lost all of the weight I put on with having the baby so was wondering how much longer I had before I would have to consider the pants to never fitting again. I know I technically get to blame the baby weight on the baby until shes one right? It seems with breastfeeding, I was told that the "weight just falls off". Well not for me. Seems like my body stores the extra weight for "just in case". I do not want to jeopardize breastfeeding as my goal is to feed her till shes one with breast milk and then slowly wean her off. So for me, I will worry about weight loss at that point.
But I am sure I have TONS of clothes that I need to go through that I probably don't have a hope in heck in ever fitting in again. I can't be the only one who has kept ahold of these clothes as in thinking perhaps one day I will actually fit back into them? Anyone?

Fertility Charms have ARRIVED!!!
Posted by

I opened my mailbox and inside was the fertility goddess fertility charms!!! How exciting!
The best way to do this though I feel is to individually "charge" them to each persons energy. So if your interested in purchasing one of these charms, emails me with FERTILITY CHARM in the subject line (cheri22@gmail.com) as the quantities are limited. I will then tell you how to purchase them. I will need from you your first and last name, as well as a picture of you. As long as your face is visible and not covered by sunglasses or a hat, the picture is usable. I will then use reiki to attach the energy specifically to you so that the fertility charm is already "energized' to match you and only you. Along with the fertility charm will be a positive paragraph that you will need to say while the fertility charm is in your hands. This will also help open your mind and soul to be more positive, to relax a bit with ttc, and use the "power" of the fertility charm for your own fertility needs. All I ask, is that you do not allow anyone to "read" the paragraph while holding the charm. They can look at the charm, they can read the paragraph but not at the same time. I don't want energies to be "crossed".
This charm can be attached to a zipper, can be added as a necklace, can be placed under your pillow or even carried around in your purse. It needs to be "close" to you at times so don't stuff it in a drawer or at the back of your closet. Its a way to help guide the energy you need into your trying to conceive efforts.
Here is what they look like. I have half in pewter and half in gold. The cost is 5.00 (Canadian) plus shipping. As they are small, the cost for shipping is really minimal. ( I can get you a quote ahead if provided your shipping address)
Fertility charms are not a guarantee for a pregnancy, but they provide the positive energy into the process.

The winner announced!

Well you guys were all pretty close. The funny thing is most people seemed to pick the 12th, this is actually my MOTHERS birthday! So its really funny that most people would be told that day. My birthday is actually the 17th!! There are two people who have answered with the 17th so rather than pick only one, you guys have both won!
SUGARBABYDOLL, you have won a reading with lyuda, as originally promised and Ivette, you have won a reading with me. Please both email me at cheri22@gmail.com and put "blog contest" in the subject line with who you have won the reading for so I can either schedule you in or forward your email to Lyuda to claim your prize!
Today has been an "easy" type day. Not really doing much of anything. I went shopping. My daughters birthday (well both girls actually) are in May, and I went into town a bit (20 min drive to the nearest "bigger town".) and they had the fur real friends that my eldest has been talking about. So I grabbed it as my mother will be paying me for it and giving it to her as a birthday present. I also picked up a cute little "cell phone" for the baby. For those of you who have babies now, or did previously and now grown up, I think that it goes with out saying that babies LOVE cell phones. I have let the baby play with my previously, but she wants the music to play, and as soon as she gets it, she closes the phone. Then opens it and is PISSED that the music is gone and will usually chuck it. This has left me obviously not allowing her to have the phone at all. Well fisher price has a "cell phone" that has some pictures on it, and is a flip phone and she loves it. She can push buttons, the music still plays even though shes closed and reopened it and shes just in love with this thing. So I guess I need to pack this in my purse and hand it to her to play with if she should get fussy. Should she chuck it, we are still good!
I also managed to pick up my cousins wedding shower gift. So I feel like I managed to plan ahead. I am slightly ahead on predictions as well which I think is nice. So hopefully I can keep up the pace and get even further ahead.
Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Potato chips a male contraceptive?

I signed up for this newsletter ( The link to the site is listed below) and found this information really interesting and really thought perhaps other people might like to hear this, or even explore this information more!
I wanted to alert you to some information that
I just dug up in my research.
Have you every heard of gossypol? No? Well,
I hadn't either. Turns out it is a toxic substance
found in the cotton plant, which is mostly removed
through hydrogenation when making cottonseed
oil. Why should you care? Well, it turns out that
gossypol is basically like a male birth control
pill. It greatly reduces male sperm count and
sperm motility, and was actually being considered in
China for use as a male contraceptive.
While most of the gossypol is removed from
the cottonseed oil, some of it is still there. So,
to be on the safe side, it's probably best for
your partner to avoid products made with
cottonseed oil. This would typically be some
salad dressings and especially snack foods--
such as potato chips.
Please check out the labels and stay away. As
I discuss in my book, Personal Path To Pregnancy,
there are several ways you can focus on nutrition
to improve your fertility. This includes eating more
of some things and definitely staying away from others.

Late giveway!

This is a giveaway for Lyuda's reading! Sorry for the late post. Wanted to make sure that I completed all the readings I had for today.
Okay, to be able to enter to win this chance at a reading, you need to be able to use again your "pendulum" as well. As mentioned in a previous post, you can do this with pretty much anything, whether you have a necklace with a jewel on the end, or a elastic with a ring, or even a roll of tape...etc. You can pretty much make a pendulum out of anything! Google it if you need more information.
I am going to make this easy, I want you to tell me which day of June my birthday is? I want everyone to write down the numbers 10-20 as my birthday falls into this time frame. Use your pendulum and ask it for each number, circle is no and back and forth (or up and down) is yes:)
Post your answer in the comments section of this blog. Everyone who gets the number right is entered to win. I will announce the winner on Sunday!
Time for me to head to bed! I am exhausted!
