I thought perhaps it might be more fun this way to put in a video. I went to see James Van Praagh at the River Rock Casino. Hes a spiritual medium and the author of many books. I LOVED my experinece, and shared a bit of it on the web cam. Please let any comments below. I would love to hear what you think, if you experienced anything, or require any additional information!

Can we say "OUCH!"

This morning I woke up with a bit of a sore back. Its happened before and probably comes from the fact that on occasion when my two year old wakes up in the middle of the night, I will lay in her bed and try and get her back to sleep. On occasion (more times than I would like to admit) I will pass out in there for an hour or two before finding my way back to my own bed. Her mattress is harder than mine.
So, I usually just hop into a hot shower and its usually fine for the rest of the day. I do just that, I go and hop in, let the hot water hit and soothe my back. My toddler decides she wants in there with me, find I hold her in the shower. We finish, I climb out and then she does. I wrap her up in a towel, pick her up and use my toes to grab her training diaper that fell on the floor. That did it! Out went my back! I shouted to my husband to come and get her. (I couldn't even bend down to put her down).
Gosh sounds funny, but should you seem me right now, when I stand, from my waist down, its straight, but from my waist up, its hunched a bit forward, and I am totally leaning to the left! I can't straighten up and it hurts to sit, stand, walk..etc.. I eventually gave in and took one of my husbands muscle relaxants that was prescribed to him when he hurt his shoulder and it hasn't even take the edge off. I am sitting here on the computer, trying to get a few readings caught up and finding myself taking so long because of the discomfort/pain. What a pain this is!
So, looks like tomorrow I am headed to the chiropractor! For those of you who are waiting for a response to a reading, or a reply to a reading that has already taken place, please accept my apologies for any delay. Its been a really busy few weeks for me while we get back into the school routine, along now with restarting daycare. My intentions are to continue to work hard and again catch up with some of the free requests as well. I really dont want to make anyone wait and drives me crazy when I have to postpone a reading for any reason!

Dreams: the entertainment of the night!

I must say that I am sure at one point or another, we all have crazy dreams. I have to say that I must have them almost every night and more often than not, I do remember them. You get dreams about aspects of your life that you need to touch on, or something that you are worried about. Your guides and loved ones really find this time is more easier to connect with you and get your attention as your not as likely to dismiss their "voices" or "warnings" as just something in your head or you talking to yourself or second guessing what you know deep down is going to be true.
Last night, I actually had a dream that when I woke up seemed to be pretty silly. I dreamed I was helping at a fundraising type carnival for my daughters school. They ride I was supervising actually had some sort of netting to protect the kids, yet it seems like the kids were climbing on the outside. For those of you who know me in real life, this sort of thing FREAKS me out. I always worry that the kids are going to get hurt and prefer them to just keep their feet on the ground! Anyways, another parent came up to me and told me that I needed to stay away from the rides that were "bouncy" as it would cause a miscarriage (I am NOT pregnant). In my dream, this seemed to be pretty reasonable advice. I found another ride to supervise, and find myself sitting on the edge of a bouncy castle (yes I do realize it bounces! lol). Then I am starting to look for my cousin. I am calling her Theresa, but she looks NOTHING like my cousin. She tells me shes in disguise and that I am blowing her cover. She pulls me over to this fountain, in which we both walk inside. The water is up to our knees, but for some reason this seems to be something people would do. She tells me that I am going to miscarry and that there is nothing that I can do to prevent it. She tells me its going to be painful and that I need to be able to deliver it. She then goes on to say I wont be able, will end up in the hospital and die. I widened my eyes in surprise and said "Oh my, I am going to die?" at which part she chuckles and then tells me that part was added for dramatic affect.
That is where the dream ended. It was strange. Now first of all, my period started two days ago. It seemed to be really light and barely there, and I remember thinking yesterday where the heck was it! I KNOW I was not pregnant as my husband has been "fixed" but I have a feeling that my guides were just letting me know that my period was on its way. I wake up, REALLY crampy and yep, its here!
Sometimes dreams are just odd. I actually would suggest to those of you who have strange dreams to keep a dream journal and you might be surprised on how many times you actually are warned about events to prepare for, or even being given the answers to things that you are really worried about.
Two nights ago, I had a dream that my grandmother took ill. My mom was in this dream and worried about her mother. I told her it would be okay, and whatever happened would happen. In the dream, my grandmother died and never made it to her 80th birthday. (which happens to be the 24th). There are some dreams, I hope are just "silly" ones and will not actually come true!
Anyone have a silly dream lately?

Did you ever notice

that when one thing happens, that usually you find that everything else as well will come all at once? Often things that you were feeling to be settled and well shall we say it.. under control... all of a sudden crop up and your dealing with a million things at once?
There are some of us, to who seem to really enjoy the pressure, the ability to jump in and multi-task, and just knock everything out of the park with how much we complete. There are others who might do a bit here and there, feel slightly overwhelmed but will keep plugging away at it knowing eventually it will be caught up... and there are those of us who panic, freak out that its so much to be done, and basically sit at a stand still wondering which way to go, where to start and basically end up feeling slightly depressed among other things.
Sometimes you need a bit of "me" time. So especially when your feeling swamped with things its those times especially you need to get away. (or perhaps convincing who ever else is in the house to leave for an hour or two to let you have the house to yourself!).
So, this post is just about that. For the month of OCTOBER (as Sept is almost half over) by posting comments in my posts on my blog, you are entered into the month long contest. Please ensure that each time you respond, your using the same login or user name (or email) so that I can keep track of each time you respond. There is no purchase to be made, you just have to respond! The winner at the end of October, will receive 50.00$ (Canadian) funds, that I would prefer you use to SPOIL Yourself! Something you would never have bought for yourself. Perhaps its a pedicure, manicure, hair cut, or a lunch and movie.. it has to be something to spoil yourself! This money will be sent by paypal, so you MUST be able to accept a paypal payment.
This month, you might have noticed a bit of a lack of posts from me, and for that I do apologize. I have taken in two more daycare kids who are 3 & 2, and let me tell you it does seem a bit of work! I am enjoying myself, but the three year old gets into almost everything, basically dumps out everything even though shes not even looking for something. (and is impossible to make her clean up) and gets into things that I would never in a million years figure she would do. So I have been really tired at night, been fighting off a cold that my 2 year old has, and just trying to keep on top of readings and replies. So lets just say, that tomorrow I am taking my own advice. I do not have any daycare kids till the afternoon tomorrow, so going to get my mother in law over to watch my 2 year old, and going to go out and get a hair cut and goto the grocery store BY MYSELF! The things we mothers think are wonderful! (haha)

Crystals that promote fertility?
Posted by
Cheri22
I was just in the middle of a reading for a client of mine and the information of her getting ahold of a crystal that helps with fertility was something that was fairly new. I figured that with google being at my finger tips, that I would look into this and provide everyone with more information.
You can find alot of these crystals online, or in speciality shops that you would buy tarot cards, or rocks/beads for jewellery. I managed to find this site, which listed the following!
Okay Crystals are really good for lots of things, healing, channeling blood flow etc and they are also very pretty!
I wear a rose quartz around my wrist as it is the love stone but also the friendship stone!
For fertility the best stones (according to my crystal bible are):
* Moonstone - the affects the female reproductive cycles and alleviates menstrual related disease (I assume PMT)
* Cinnabar - heals and purifies blood, stabilize weight (I need some) and enhance fertility (yay)
* Garnet Grossularite - This stone enhances fertility and aids assimilation of Vitamin A
* Jade - It assists in fertility and child birth. it works on the hips and spleen and balances the fluid in the body
* Rose Quartz - aids and help fertility. Is the stone of love and friendship, increases bonds
* Thulite - a dramatic stone with a powerful link to life force. It enhances fertility and treats disease of the reproductive organs (tis stone should be placed on skin or pubic bone as appropriate)
* Rhodonite - stimulates fertility
* Zoisite - this stone stimulates fertility and heals diseases of the ovaries ad testicles, when combined with Ruby it increases potency - slow acting stone so will need to be worn over time
* Tektite - can be worn as a talisman for fertility on all levels
also stones linked to the fallopian tubes and the female reproductive system are:
Chrysprase, Carnelian, amber, topaz and unakite
for the male tests: jadeite, topaz, carnelian and variscite
If you do decide to try the crystals, its always best to "cleanse" them first. Most people will put them in a dark bag (or cloth) and sleep with them under your pillow for one night:) its usually the best way to cleanse them and allow them to pick up your own vibrations. Then either keep it on you (close to you if possible) and touch it frequently.. holding it in your hand...etc.. Or under your pillow at night (not in a cloth)
As for my mom's friend. Things are not looking good. Shes still not breathing on her own. They wont know for another few days on what to do. Wish it was easier for her, and they wont allow anyone in there except immediate family so we hear all of our information second hand.

Life Interrupted...

I guess you never really know when its your time to go. I have a feeling that I will be around 83 when I pass, but as I am not always able to read my own future, I can only hope that part is accurate.
I got news from my mom's husband. Turns out my mom's best friend is now in the hospital in the ICU. I guess a few days ago she went into a diabetic coma and hasn't really come out that well. He heard from her son that shes doing "better" but still only allowed immediate family to see her. Well, I texted him to ask if I could get the room number to send flowers and if he could find out for me. Well, after I sent that, I had a feeling that being in the ICU that you were not allowed flowers (allergies?). I then saw an image of my mom in my mind. (in the same fashion I connect with other clients loved ones who have passed). She shook her head. I then asked if her friend would make it, and again saw her shake her head. I texted my mom's husband again and let him know that I didn't think that she was going to make it, and that I crossed all my fingers like crazy in the hopes that this vision would be wrong. I really really really hope its wrong. (for those of you recently tuning in to my blog, my mother passed away march 8, 2010). During the vision, I also was informed that her organs were going to start to shut down, that there was too much damage, and that they would not be able to heal.
Well a few minutes ago, I got a phone call from my mom's husband, he just got off the phone with the parents of the woman in the hospital. Things do NOT look good. I guess she can't even breath on her own and has to use ventillation. They say it will take a few days for them to find out if she will recover, but at this point, she has not even come back out of her coma.
So, my "request" from you all, is just to keep this women in your thoughts. Her name is Bonnie. I ask that you wish for her to have a safe and fast recovery, but if its her time to go, then to wish her a safe journey home free of any pain or regrets.
This year for me has been filled with loved ones who have passed over. From my grandfather who passed in Feb 2010, to my mom who passed two days after her fathers funeral, to her friends husband who passed 2 weeks after my mom, to know having this happen. Its been a year of learning for me as this is the first time I have lost anyone close to me.
I am getting caught up again in regards to readings, so just bare with me. I am hoping to have a special for this month posted on the blog.
