Well its that time of week again....

time for another blog contest.. I think that I have been making the last ones fairly easy for those of you who have not strengthened your gifts.. now its time for you to practice and for you to use them!

This is a bit more "tricky" but if you concentrate, some of you might actually be able to get this to do what you want!

I have seen this done before, I read it in a book of an experiment that was done. What I want you to do is focus on one person who does not live with you. Someone that you know and it would not be awkward for them to give you a call out of the blue to just say "hi" or touch base. I want you to close your eyes and I want you to see this person.. in as much detail as you possibly can. I want you to see yourself with them in this vision in your mind.... they are sitting with you and you are facing each other. Then I want you to insist to them that they call you to chat. I want you to visualize this THREE TIMES.. so after seeing this, stop and start from scratch again. Eyes closed, seeing your friend in details, facing each other, and saying "give me a call on the phone so we can chat".

After the third time, I want you to sit and wait. I have heard that most people will hear from this person within 72 hours of this being done. In the study I read, 2 people out of the 10 had gotten a phone call within an hour!

Now to be able to enter into this contest, the only thing that you have to do is TRY... Whether or not it works for you is just an added bonus! I give you till SUNDAY to be able to see if this works. Please post in the comment section your experience, and if anything happened.

Good luck!

Oh! Almost forgot, this is a reading for BROOKE777!

how many times does it take to put the baby to sleep?

Well, for most people, hopefully its ONE! Tonight, seems that the magic number was FOUR! I have in fact put my 14 month old daughter to bed FOUR Times. First time at 8pm, and the final time at 9:30pm. I KNOW shes ready for bed, but I guess its kinda hot out there. Our temperature right now is around 31 Celsius, and with the humidly its closer to 40 (so I have been told) I can tell you though, if you have ever been in a sauna before, that's what it felt like outside!

We have air conditioning (central air) and its been going non-stop since 4pm. I looked at the temperature and I have it set to be 72 (F) and it was 77(F) with the air conditioner going non-stop! So both of my girls have not been feeling well tonight and both seem to have a slight fever! I dont blame them!

Is anyone on face book playing farm town? I started off by playing yoville, then restaurant city and then farm town. I actually enjoy farm town the best as you can interact with your friends if your both online at the same time in your farm, and then the next one is restaurant city... so if anyone of you are on any of these games, look me up! Send me a gift in the game and I will send you one back! lol.

This week is supposed to be just as hot. So I think that you will find me INSIDE.

Congrats too.....

lucky poster number 7!!! (Nicole) please contact Elisabeth and let her know that your my blog contest winner. Her information is located on the lower bottom right.

Thanks to everyone as well about your understanding when it came to what happened with the dog. I really do no better and should have just kept walking even after the daughter had said it was okay. Sometimes I guess I just like to get myself into trouble! lol

Today, after dinner, I shared a very large banana with my two girls. Why does that fit in with "punishment"? Well perhaps I should tell you that my body does NOT like bananas. It gives me a stomach ache! I can eat them, and 30 minutes later without fail, my tummy hurts and I am burping something fierce! I talked to my Dr who told me that Eggs, celery and bananas are all high in potassium and all three affect me the same way. So why do I eat these things anyways? I guess I hope it wont affect me, and then kick myself a half hour later when it does!

I should have known better :( ARG!

Today I took my daughter, her friend, and my youngest daughter to Chuckie Cheese. Its about a 45 min to an hour drive from our house, but we rarely go so figured why not. We found a coupon online that gave us 100 tokens for 16.50 and we planned to eat a small lunch there. Anyways, we got our drinks, I got my salad and we headed to a table to wait for our pizza. There behind our booth was a family with a guide dog. It had a pink "blanket" on it of some sort, which I knew to be a training dog for "something". The girls are ALWAYS excited with dogs, and really wanted to go and ask if they could pet it, but I steered them away letting them know that the dog was "working" and should not be touched. They left it at that and we started to eat the salad and have pizza arrive minutes later.

Fast forward to the time we are almost ready to leave (2.5 hours later) and my toddler (shes now 14 months) heads straight for the guide dog! I stop her just before she gets there, and tell her to come with me, enticing her with a ride on barney toy, and just as I do, the daughter (she appears to be around 8-9 years old) tells me its okay, the dog is friendly, she has a two year old sister who often puts her fingers in the dogs mouth and the dog just "allows" it. So with her saying it was okay, I allowed my daughter to touch the dog. After not even 5 minutes goes by, I took pat the dog not thinking anything of it. The woman comes RACING towards me, basically demands that I not touch the dog as the dog is working. I am actually shocked, yet not surprised. The cover on the dog does say "do not pet", but with the daughter saying it was okay I thought "okay"!. I looked over at her, and shes angry, and I pointed out that her daughter told us it was okay, and I just walked away. What was I to do? I know that most times a guide dog is not to be touched (working or while being trained) but after the girl said go ahead, I guess I was not expecting that!

Anyways, so learn your lesson from me, don't touch the guide dogs no matter how cute and friendly they are, how much they look at you and you just want to touch them, even if someone tells you that you can, chances are, you can't!

Anyone have a storey to share? Where you look back and shake your head at yourself "knowing" you should probably heed your own warnings? Everyone who enters the contest by commenting in the comments section below, will be eligible to win a reading with ELISABETH! I will announce the winner on SUNDAY. Good luck!

Fertility spells?

I believe that I have talked about this on the blog YEARS ago, and not just about fertility but money spells as well. I DO NOT cast spells, its not something I do, nor would I recommend anyone to go rushing to someone who claimed to cast a spell and charge money. I am not saying that spells dont work, but I really feel that its more about the words being said and the power of the mind that cause the "spell" to work.

I have mentioned numerous times about being positive, about being focused and making sure that your not stressed. I have given directions on how to use my positive thinking exercises to help with conception. Now I guess this could be considered a "spell" but I think of it more as a way to invoke your mind and body to cooperate.. Perhaps the power of mind and laws of attraction..etc.

Now I was googling something today that pointed me to a site that had "fertility" spells, or "pregnancy" spells, and some of them are easy and more importantly FREE. I do think that things like this are more about mind over matter and have a way of drawing the energies that you want to manifest.. so like a spell, only stronger.

Here is a "sample" of what I found on the site, feel free to check the site out for any interest or others you might like to try (link located below)

GETTING PREGNANT SPELL
You will need the following:
--ace of wands, 10 of cups, the SUN,
--something for a baby you bought specifically for this ritual (a bib, a small blanket...etc.....),
--9 red candles.
Light the candles and lay out the tarot cards one by one.
Visualize yourself finding out your pregnant, staring at a positive pregnancy test. Repeat the following:
With these cards and with this spell- I call upon the good and helpful powers.
I desire to start a family - I desire energy and love to continue.
This small item (hold up the baby item) is the token of the commitment we are ready to make.
We are ready to love our children - we are ready to teach our children and we are ready to
have our children. so it is - so it shall be!
Seal this spell with kisses and hugs followed by the actions necessary to start a family.
Seashells represent fertility. She can create a small seashell altar in her bedroom.
If she wants to add a deity, I'd use the Goddess of Willendorf.
Any round and fertile/pregnant goddess will work, and there are many!
Holed stones are also symbols of fertility.
Have her carry one her person or have her wear one around her neck as a charm.
Placing one by the bed or between the matters is also good. Eat healthy!
Diet plays an extreme part in fertility. Use visualization.
She must be relaxed. Also, studies show that when the man and woman climax together,
the woman has a higher chance of conception. Full moons... In tribal times and pre-electricity,
women would ovulate around the Full Moon and menstruate around the Dark or New Moon.
One way to get yourself onto this cycle is to start paying more attention to the phases of
the moon and also going out under the moon for even a minute or two.

A storey to share

One of my clients is kind enough to share her ttc journey with everyone. Here is her storey!

As requested my ttc journey, you are welcome to use this on the blog, obviously omitting my last name and my email address!!

I got married in Dec 2006 when both my husband and me were aged 29. We both decided to start a family straight away, which meant I never used contraception!!

A year passed, still no pregnancy, I wasn’t to worried about this but husband was. I kept thinking to myself, it will happen, just relax, another six months passed, still nothing. Went to the doctor and had to wait two months for the appointment. All they did at the first appointment was to take bloods and a sperm sample, which we had to wait another two months for another appointment. The results were I was borderline, in the words of the doctor, ‘my hormones were in the grey area, not bad, but not good either. My Hubby sperm count was a little on the low side which shocked us both because we always thought the problem was me.

Anyway the doctor suggested clomid to help things along, but before this I had to have a scan of my ovaries and a HSG ( all of which was normal)

My husband started taking vitamins to try and boost his count and we carried on trying.

I think it was at this point, I went into denial mode, I kept postponing my appointments, ( I think I did this for the whole of 2008) I cant explain how I felt but I did not want to go to these appointments, I just wanted to carry on naturally and had full faith I would get pregnant!

I must admit, we starting going through a rocky match in our marriage, the pressure of trying to conceive was getting too much for both of us. I would resent it when he would ask me if I had a positive on the ovulation test and he would hate it when I told we had to do it, no matter what!! But somehow we got through it!

Well we kept on trying and hubby sperm count improved, still nothing happened. We went to Zita West clinic where they did a comprehensive test and said that taking antioxidants would help with improving the swimmers and morphology

My husband did some research, and he started taking antioxidants including lypocene in November 2008. Around the same time, I took pregnacare conception tablets, which were supposed to help with getting pregnant. I finally convinced myself I would need to go on my appointment and start clomid. My appointment was booked for 15th May 2009.

I got my BFP on May 10 2009, I was due on the 8th May and wanted to wait a week before I tested, but could not help myself.

To say I was in shock was an understatement, I must have done a pregnancy test everyday for one week and I still find it hard to believe.

It may sound strange, but I could not let myself be happy in case something bad happened, I didn’t even want to tell my mum (but did!).

I recently has my 12 week scan and everything is progressing normal, but I am still scared to be happy. I pray everyday that my baby will be ok and safe. I don’t think I will fully relax until the baby is born!!!

All I can say to all those TTC, is to have faith, I know some women have medical issues but miracles do occur, it did for me.

I still to this day, include everyone who is TTC in my prayers, my only wish is that everyone has their wishes granted, Baby dust to all!!!

N.

Also, thanks to you all for your comments below. I am starting to look for recipes that I can freeze to make it easier for them to have meals that they can just pull out of the freezer and cook and not have to prepare! I have to be specific and make sure I find ones that are dairy free. That appears to be the only allergy.

An update for the family.. they have been released from the hospital. Her son is doing well as to be expected. The mother of course is still beside herself with worry and obviously will take some time. Shes completely on edge, ever worried that the baby will have an episode. Hopefully his medication will help. They were put in touch with a foundation that has picked up the tab for three months of supply of the medication he will need which I am sure has been a relief to them.

Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers.

Can you say a little prayer?

On Monday that just passed, my friend had to rush her newborn to the hospital. Apparently his heart was racing. After getting him to a local hospital they airlifted both mom and baby to Children's Hospital in Vancouver. He was only born in mind June, so you can imagine how "newborn" he is.

It turns out that they think he might have "Wolfe Parkinson's", where there is an extra part in the heart that is "firing" and causing his heart to race, and the more upset he gets about this, the higher it goes. Apparently its gotten as high as 300 beats per minute. (his regular is 120 from what I have been told?) They had to shock him FOUR TIMES the first day to get his heart restarted after it failed. They used paddles of some sort on him.

This family has been through a lot. The wife is a stay at home mom to their newborn son and three year old daughter (Shes four in OCT) and the husband due to a work place accident (nearly took his life) had to be retrained for a new job, and has been applying everyone and has yet to find any work for himself. (with the recession, its been hard here too) He has been "told" that the field he has been trained for, should be hiring in OCTOBER! Hard news to hear for someone who is running out of unemployment in 1.5 weeks.

I really feel for this family. As of today, they are currently living in "Easter seals' house which has allowed them to remain close to the baby and not having to travel back and forth each day for 2 hours each way.

My friend has suggested we go and clean their house for them. More than likely they will remain in the hospital for at least a few more days. They have been told by nurses that their son will more than likely be on this expensive medication for the rest of his life. (they hope at the age of 6/7 they can operate and see if they can dissolve this extra part) They are also to be trained as to notice when his heart starts to act up and when he might be in cardiac arrest and what to do.

I can not imagine being in their shoes. I know I would literally sleep with the baby in my bed and barely sleep, always watchful for any sign that he might be in pain or cardiac arrest.

So my hopes are to goto their house and help clean it up for when they arrive home. My friend also suggested we talk to their friends and family and see if anyone has any extra food and or diapers..etc for the family to make things easier.

So here is my question to you all. For those of you who have been in this situation or know of someone who has,(or even something similar) what is the best thing needed for a family in need? Should I make a bunch of freeze type family meals? If so, what? I would hate to spend alot of time on something to find that they did not like that. I know that the younger one has a dairy allergy.

if anyone has ANY Suggestions on how i can help I would love it. Does not matter if its a recipe, a link to recipes, something I can do, someone who I could contact on their behalf.. any information is better than what I have right now.

Have you ever been lost in the corn?

okay, I know that sounds kinda "crazy" talk up there, and I guess its meant to.. cause if you have ever been lost in the corn you certainly do feel you might go crazy! I remember last year, my daughter and her friend talking me into taking them to this corn maze about 20 minute drive from our house. I had never been and had friends who had, and they all talk about a good time. Usually this happens later in the year when the corn fields can grow up to 6ft (or taller). They carve paths out of the corn that usually you can see a cool looking pattern from the sky. Anyways, we get there, and we paid to get in. For some reason we decided to start at the exit rather than the entrance. I realize my error now, but honestly did not think anything of it when my then 5 year old and her "cousin" who was 11 at the time insisted it was okay. Now fast forward an hour later with us LOST in the middle or somewhere in the field of corn. On these posts, were "clues' to find which path to take to get you back to the exit. Now to be able to get these clues, you had to know your trees or birds.. see my dilemma? I know some trees, and some birds, but not enough to get me out of this silly maze! I later explained to my husband how stuck we were and first finding it funny (the first 15 minutes of being lost was funny!) and he asked why I did not just pick a landmark and then travel towards it. Ummm... perhaps because I am only 5 ft 4" and the corn is OVER 6ft! I could not see any landmarks! He still finds this funny. He thinks he would have no problem getting out! Most people can do it in around 2 hours.

Well, lets just say that after being stuck in there for a VERY long time, i got frustrated and a bit agitated. lets just say that although I am not claustrophobic, I do not like the feeling I am "stuck". So that was it, myself, my daughter and her "cousin" started going THROUGH the corn rather than following the paths! Ensuring we did not step on the plants or cause any havoc we found our way out of there by cheating! lol.

Now why did this storey come up? Well, its corn season here, everyone is growing it, the vendors on the sides of the roads are now selling it (peaches and cream right now) and my daughter is starting to talk about the corn maze again.. Ummm.. NOPE! Wont get me in there again. (or perhaps I should do it now while the corn is only 3-5ft tall?)

Hope you all had a great weekend!

Keep your eyes open!

July's Special of the month is a freebie, and will be posted on July 15th!

I wanted to go over something as well that might help everyone out. I know it helps me.

Ever feel "down" for no reason at all? Not that your overwhelmed or even stressed, but some reason seem to feel in a pissy mood? I really feel that sometimes spirits who contain a more negative energy tend to be around and often find a way of "latching" their energy onto ours. Thus making us feel more negative. Either thinking negative thoughts, feeling depressed, or a bit agitated. What I usually do is as soon as I realize how I am feeling and is not connected to my current situation or surroundings, I say "If your not from the light, please go". I usually say this three times.. Within a few seconds of either saying it the first time, or the last time, I feel relief. No longer feeling negative, no longer in a bad mood and back to my usual happy and sunny self.

I do not feel that these spirits are intentionally latching on, or meaning any harm or realizing that they have any negative impact on our well being at all. They are usually people who have not realized that they can cross over, and lead either lives that were negative in nature and have not taken on their positive form yet since passing. Or people who were angry because of their passing and have yet to go into the light due to their anger of how they passed over. (this is usually more rare)

Ever feel like you need to be more energetic, or a quick "pick me up"?

Sit with your eyes closed, palms up and see/feel this white light coming in through your top of your head and filling yourself with this white light. Its usually very uplifting experience!

for those of you interested in locating information on the cleaning products I was talking about last time, the girl I always order from has a site. Both for Canadians and Americans.

okay, this is driving me CRAZY! lol

As I mentioned in posts below about how when I start my lime wire songs it was picking Michael Jackson songs. Well after this happening EVERY SINGLE DAY Since he has passed, I figured it just had to be a fluke. That perhaps by saying to launch, it was picking a song in the middle. Well, today I figured I would do something different. I put all the songs on the play list, I then clicked on Carrie Underwood and said launch on her. Previous to his death, this worked, and would start with her song and play down the list from there. Nope, not tonight. It keeps going to Michael Jackson Smooth Criminal song and wont allow me to start on anyone else!!

Now I am starting to wonder. Does anyone else have Limewire have a problem with starting with a song of their choice? Or is Michael Jackson haunting me? lol

Congrats to

Sheena

Congrats to you on winning the blog contest, please email me at cheri22@gmail.com and I will set you up for your reading. In the subject line please put "blog contest winner" so that I can locate your email easier.

Today's post is just going to be short, I have busy day ahead. We have to go into the city today for my mom's husband birthday lunch. Should be fun.

Now that was awkward!

Today I decided to head to the border. I know that in itself should be not really awkward, but wait till you hear what happened.

I have to say that I am nervous around the border patrol people. Not because I have anything to hide as I am certainly not that type of person, but because I always feel like they "think" i could be a potential criminal and its almost like "guilty until proven innocent". I have to say that my heart ALWAYS races each time I go through. Perhaps its all the horror stories I have heard when younger. Being told that at any time they can literally strip your vehicle down with any suspicion and not have to put it back together. (not sure if that is true or not!)

I went to the border today to get some paperwork I needed for my husband. I had not planned on staying anywhere else, just going into the border station and coming back to canada. I get to the booth and the officer asks me where I am going. I point to the inside and explain what I am after. He then asks where my passport is. I had completely forgotten you needed one now to go across the border! I explain I do not have one yet. He then asks me for a birth certificate, which I completely forgot at home! YIKES!. He asks me where my husband is, and then asks me who is with me. I tell him my daughter (youngest) and he wants to look inside the can. He then tells me I can go to the office, but they are keeping my documents and that they will be given to me inside. He directs me to a woman officer to park my van. I get there and shes cautious of me. She tells me to leave my van keys with her, and if I have a cell phone I need to leave it in the van. For what I have no idea, but I was too afraid to ask. Then she tells me to take the baby with me.. umm.. YEA! Why would I be leaving her in the van?

I go inside and the border officer asks me why I am there and I explain why, he chuckles a bit, tells me I could have parked on the other side and avoided the hassle I just went through, gave me the documents and I was off on my way.

I really felt like they might have thought I was a terrorist. I have no idea why my cell phone needed to be in the car, but it certainly taught me a lesson! Be prepared with documents or they think your going to do something bad! lol.

congrats to ..... drum roll please

KIMBERLY! please contact Brooke777 on the lower right hand side for your winning reading. Let her know that you won my blog contest and she will take care of the rest.

Today was a very productive day for me. My husband was away camping this weekend (I DID NOT want to go, nothing there except a bunch of dirt and mosquito's that seem to always love my blood type) and he got home this afternoon. Since he was "kid free" this weekend after he unpacked his stuff, he played with the kids out in the backyard and I stayed inside. So what did I do when I had a 1/2 hour to myself?

Well, you would think that I would read one of the new books I got today.... you would think I would just sit on the couch and zone out..... or how about come online and just play on the computer?? Nope. Here is the scoop. At Christmas time, my husband was nice enough to buy me a new bath robe. It was blue with darker blue polka dots, and its fuzzy. I decided to wash it with a load of laundry. Most times I put these type of things in with the towels, but I guess I was not paying attention and washed it with HIS clothes. Fast forward to today. There were TWO shirts that were COVERED in fuzz balls because of this, and i have just had them sitting on my dresser. Yes, SINCE CHRISTMAS. So today in my 1/2 hour of "spare time" I actually used one of those fuzz removers and fixed them both. Then I decided to take a pair of my husbands shorts and sew the part that had come apart. Like a zipper part, but its Velcro. My husband notices what I am doing and starts to laugh. He can't believe that I going to 'attempt" to sew/fix these as he has never seen me sew. I told him if it works, he can't make fun of me. I made sure I did a good job (I am NOT a sewer, but I think I can mickey mouse it enough it should hold) and managed to stick myself THREE TIMES with the darn needle! (amidst laughter from my husband and my eldest wondering why I would do that to myself)

Well, I just noticed as I came and sat down, who is wearing the shorts I just fixed? Yep, my husband! So he has to keep his mouth shut about me and my sewing abilities as its obviously good to get me by!

Now onto spirit guides. I wanted to for the last week or so give you some sort of meditation abilities to connect to your guides for those of you who tried and were not successful. I will also in the next day or so touch back with the comments from that night and answer some of the questions or thoughts.

Now I was at Sylvia Browne's lecture over 2.5 years ago, but really remember this experience. She had us all sit with our eyes closed and out minds open. She wanted use to use a ribbon of light and start slowly at our feet, moving upwards and wrapping this ribbon of light around and around our bodies, moving into our organs and using this ribbon of light to wrap our organs and continue up till we got to our heads. Then she wanted us to see this path, surrounded by flowers, there were purple ones growing up along the path, there were hills of flowers all around and we were surrounded by trees. As you walk along the path, it slowly curves to your left. You come to the bend and as you come around the corner, there is the most beautiful waterfall you have ever seen, and you can hear the sound of the falls. Standing at the falls is your spirit guide. You look over and they give you a smile and you feel the touch and warmth of their embrace yet they don't touch you. You just feel at peace with them and know that this is your guides.

Now doing this exercises and visualizing it in your mind is really helpful and you will immediately be able to take in the description of your guide. Almost like its a memory of something you have remembered from before. A person you seem to recognize. Most people who have trouble with this exercises do so because they second guess what they think that they see.

Just let it come to you and don't worry about being right or wrong.. just go with it and see what happens.

For those of you that try this exercises, I would love to hear what happened for you. If you were successful with meeting with your guide or if you still had any problems/blockages. I know that even typing out what I just wrote, when I explained about your guide going to be standing there, I saw mine and felt tingles up and down my spine and arms. (the loving embrace) and just typing this now get the same loving feelings.. its great. Not everyone will experience that the first time, and might take practice. Those of you who have already opened your mind to your gift and just starting to use it might feel something, others might need practice.

For those of you who comment about your experience in the comments section, your entered to win a reading from myself. Its the bypass prediction. I will announce the winner WED to give everyone enough time to try this.

its time to "get clean".

I am not sure who of you are using natural cleaners (meaning NOT full of chemicals! lol). I had previously been using things like tide, Windex, and toilet bowl cleaner and something really strong smelling to clean the bath tub. My husband works in a field where he is always coming home dirty with grinding dust and we are always trying to keep the tub clean.

Well a few weeks ago, I was at the kids swap meet (not where you swap kids, but can purchase used kids clothing for cheap!) and a woman asked me if I wanted to enter her draw. Normally I pass, as I am not one to win anything, but it was interesting and i figured what the heck. She called me two weeks later to let me know that i had won laundry soap. She came over, gave me the information about it, its all natural no chemicals at all and good for the environment. I said I would give it a try. She also gave me something that was an alternative to bleach. Figured I would try that too.

Well the next day I tried it, and i will tell you guys I will NEVER go back to anything but this stuff. My clothes felt so much nicer, cleaner, and "lighter" if you will. I immediately placed an order for this stuff called "scour off". I figured anything that would clean the bathtubs without leaving toxins in the tub when I bath my kids would be great! Well turns out, this stuff works well for other things too. I actually have tea cups, and they stain easily and its IMPOSSIBLE to get the stain out. My dad's wife actually soaked them in bleach and finally got them clean. Well I took this scour off, swiped a cloth on it with it being damp, swiped inside the cup and VOILA! It was magic! Same thing with my white kitchen sink. Most of the stains are gone and it looks even better than it did when we first moved in.

I have been so impressed with these products (and the price) that I have been basically telling everyone who will listen about my experience. This one bottle of H2 liquid was only 10.00 (Canadian) and it can literally be mixed with water and make over 5000 bottles of Windex! If you wanted to only make all purpose cleaner, it would make 200 bottles!! Can you believe that! And its all natural, no chemical smell, nothing toxic and works amazing! (and inexpensive as well)

Now that I have told you about this so far, what does it have to do with trying to conceive you might add? EVERYTHING! For those of you who are trying to conceive and so far are having delays and or been diagnosed with unexplained fertility, what if its the "environment" your in that is causing havoc? What if the chemicals you are using and breathing in, is actually causing some of your problems/delays?

If you have time, watch these videos, I found them to be VERY informative

The name of the company is called Shaklee. Its been around for 50 years. I am not currently selling this and so do not make any money of course off mentioning this company but I always feel that i need to pass a good thing on so that other people can have the same wonderful experience. I just might start selling it on the side as this is how much I believe in their product! It gives me a better piece of mind as well knowing that I am doing something good for myself and my family and cutting out some of the toxins in our house.

If anyone is interested in finding out more about the products, or wanting to purchase some, let me know and I can help point you in the right direction! cheri22@gmail.com just put blog post in the subject line so I can locate it.

PS, did you know that they did a study, and that 54% percent of the woman who plan/are stay at home moms are a higher risk of getting cancer than woman who work outside of the home?
