the winner!

Lexxiesmama! Congrats to you on winning the blog draw for tonight!. I think that my favorite song for him was Billie Jean. I think it was more to do with the fact that my friends middle name was betty-jean and we all thought it was really close! Not to mention its played alot in the bars for dance music!

This weekend was a weird one. We had been downstairs and I was just getting ready to take my eldest daughter to go to see UP while the baby was having a nap and hubby stayed home to watch her. I heard a loud bang! I went upstairs wondering what it was, but did not see anything out of place. So headed out and never gave it a second thought. I got home and my husband told me that the umbrella for our patio table had somehow caused the table to SHATTER! It was that windy! (remember last year where I posted I found our umbrella at the front of our house and it must have flew over our house? lol)

Should have taken the kids over to the park to fly a kite. Perhaps tomorrow will be windy as well. We have had the table and chairs for three seasons, so I am not feeling too badly that they have "kicked the bucket". I have looked at the chairs and they look like they are starting to crack in a few places. So I will definitely keep my eyes open at the end of the season sales for new set.

If anyone has tried to add me to their face book page, please in the subject line when adding put how you know me otherwise I do not accept the friendship link.

I have been doing alot of the archangel card readings for people lately because of the June special and I have found that the cards are not jumping out of the pack while shuffling. Not all of them, but only the ones that are meant to be read. I tried to do a reading for a friend of mine last night. She lost her husband in October 2008. I asked her husband to please pass a message through, before i had even finished saying anything, (I think I got his name and two words out) two cards literally flew out of the deck and landed on my lap. It was actually really funny to see it happen. I passed the information to her with from the two cards and she emailed me back today. She understood perfectly what he meant with the cards and was already aware of what he wanted and was currently taking care of it.

I really love to help people. This is something that I really feel strongly about, and this is why I do it.. This is why I do all of my readings, is to help, to provide insight hope and happiness. My "reward" is the feeling you get when you know you have done something good/nice for people.

I hope everyone had a good weekend.

July's specials will be announced and its a freebie so keep your eyes on the blog and how it works:)

I think I am being stalked by Michael Jacksons Ghost!! ha!

It happened again. I was turning on limewire, I select all 197 songs, and click on "Enqueue" and then "Launch" and all the previous times its played the first song on my list (which happens to be Carrie Underwood) and last night, and tonight I have done this and for the second time its been Michael Jackson song, and same one, Smooth Criminal!

I am sure its a coincidence, but now its really funny! I am going to have to look over the lyrics of the song and see if I can figure out if perhaps there is a meaning behind it and relating to his passing, or if it just happens to like picking song 97 out of 174 that I have!

Well I also thought today was Thursday so was coming on to do a give away, but apparently its FRIDAY! So I am a day late. Tonight's give away is for Lyuda! To go along with tonight's theme, just post in the comments section your favorite Michael Jackson song! I will announce the winner SUNDAY!

Michael Jackson....

I am sure that your hearing about this EVERYWHERE right now. Its been on the news both the radio and the TV over here. I am actually shocked of his passing to be honest. I think that his death really affected me as did Princess Diana, and yet I knew neither. Not really sure why. Perhaps because of their fame being on higher levels?

I asked myself and my guides why this death would bother me, and I just get the sense it was because he was so misunderstood in so many aspects. The image my guides provide is of someone who was depressed, trying to hide it and put on a happy face. I get the sense that he did not like who he was on the inside, as a way to mask that person, he made changes to the outside to try and "disguise" who he was inside. I guess I had always assumed it was more about vanity than perhaps trying to change who he was.

I also get the sense hes feeling "free" right now and at peace, even though his passing was unexpected. I know right now that they are saying his death was related to cardiac arrest, but I feel later reports will show it to be linked to "chemical substances". I believe a bad combination of pills (not on purpose)

This is what my guides are showing me as a way to put it all together for me. Is anyone else touched by his passing?

PS. I enjoy listening to music to "zone" out to and complete my readings. I like the background noise as a way to meditate a bit. I just launched limewire, and I select all the songs, I then launch it and just let whatever come up... guess what.. yep, Michael Jackson "Smooth Criminal" just came up and played first! What a hoot!

Vitamins and conceiving!

I know in quite a few readings, a "weird" word pops up, and I pass the information along. Most times I try and google what the heck they are telling me as it sounds silly. One time they told me "black cobash" or something like that, and I had to google it. I got a hit to what it really linked to and new I had an extra letter in there. Other times I have been pointed to what the pill or supplement looks like, or what your need to eat more of or even avoid. I always try and pass any of that information along. I know during reiki sessions things like this come up alot more frequently. Its usually when I am looking specifically to why someone is having a hard time conceiving that things like this come up.

Today I actually told someone to take more zinc, and someone else to avoid things like "tea". Turns out the woman I told to avoid tea or things like it, confirmed shes a MASSIVE coffee drinker. (in her words)

So today I had to google what the "heck" zinc had to do with trying to conceive, and look at what i found!!!
here

Zinc Zinc is the most widely studied nutrient in terms of fertility for both men and women. It is an essential component of genetic material and a zinc deficiency can cause chromosome changes in either you or our partner, leading to reduced fertility and an increased risk of miscarriage. Zinc is necessary for your body to 'attract and hold' (utilise efficiently) the reproductive hormones, oestrogen and progesterone. And it's equally important for your partner: zinc is found in high concentrations in the sperm. Zinc is needed to make the outer layer and tail of the sperm and is, therefore, essential for the health of your partner's sperm and, subsequently, your baby. Interestingly, several studies have also shown that reducing zinc in a man's diet will also reduce his sperm count.Just thought I would pass this on to everyone as I think its great to look into if your having delays with trying to conceive!

Hello to you all!

Well we are back from our family time. We headed up to the cabin my uncle owns, its about a 4.5 hour drive from our house. Its a LONG drive to do with a 1 year old in the car. She slept for the first 2 hours of the ride which was good, and was fairly good for the next hour, but it was the last 1 hour that she was fussy and the only way she was happy is if I was singing the ABC song!! Don't ask me how many times I had to sing that song to keep her happy!

We had a good time, some friends came up with us as well as the in laws. Lots of fishing for trout, I didn't bother. I did alot as a child (fishing) but as I have gotten older, just not as interested. Not sure why, but I am happy that its something that my husband is excited to do as he has our eldest interested. During her kindergarten graduation she said when she grows up she wants to be a "Fisher Girl"! Certainly made daddy proud!

I tried two new salads that a friend of the family made while there. We have gone the last three years in a row for a few nights each time. The last two times, I have gone grocery shopping for EVERYONE, picked up everything we needed, planned the meals, and then paid for it all and having to collect money from everyone. It was a PAIN! Not to mention now with having the baby, grocery shopping is NOT easy. She does not like to be in the buggy for a long period of time, which makes it so that I have to ask my Mother in law to come along, and then we end up buying WAY TOO MUCH food for the trip. She usually insists we need to bring more than I think, and then tells everyone she had nothing to do with it, and was just pushing the buggy and it was all me. (she drives me nuts sometimes! lol)

Anyways, this year, I actually told everyone that based on the amount of people that we had coming, that everyone would be responsible for TWO MEALS. I sent an email to everyone and told them to pick which meals they were doing, and what they were making. This way everyone knew what was for the meal during that day, who was cooking it (last time I ended up cooking almost everything and did not want a repeat of that). Best of all, I did not have to go grocery shopping for everyone, I did not have to pay for it, and ask people to pay me back, and I only had to cook two meals! (I had lunch and a breakfast! lol)

Anyways, I am usually a very picky eater. I am trying to get better so that the kids see that they should try things and might like it. Our friend made this salad with feta, pickles, mayo, garlic, lettuce, and something else. She threw alot of stuff in there and said it was some sort of polish recipe? or was it her polish friend sent it to her? Gosh I have no idea. I actually ate two BOWLS full of this stuff and would have been more than happy to eat all of the salad she made! I emailed her last night in the hopes shes going to send me a copy of the recipe. I will gladly post it for those of you interested in trying something new and very YUMMY!

I am hoping to get everything together for answering the spirit guide post in the next day or so, and then will post a way to try and "meditate" and connect better with your guides for those of you who had trouble, or those who wish to try an other way.

I am going to also try and find a date, that we can all get online together that will hopefully work with everyone. I am sure that a weekend would be best so that people are not at work, thinking a Saturday night would be best? (that means those of you in Europe should have it Sunday during the day?)

Happy Fathers Day!!!

I have this pre-scheduled as we are having our own family time this weekend and I will have no computer access. So when you read this post, I am more than likely going through computer withdrawl so have some sympathy for me? lol

Anyways, wanted to wish you all a happy fathers day to all the soon to be dads, the dad's already or the dad's to come!

Healthy Sperm!!

I found an article that I thought would be beneficial to some ladies who's partners/husbands/significant others might have sperm issues.

Sperm counts have slumped by almost 50% in the last five decades and even when no problems have been detected, it now takes the average seemingly healthy couple 11-12 months to conceive.

When you consider that about 300 million sperm will be trying to make their way to the cervix, but only one million will make it that far, and out of that one million only 200 will make it to the fallopian tubes, only to bounce off the egg while trying to get in (through a wall that’s 300% thicker than the head of the sperm), it’s a wonder that any of them ever make it.

Yet they do, of course, but there are certain nutrients they need - for their health and motility.

Damaged sperm may not be able to fertilise the egg, or may lead to a pregnancy that isn't able to go to term. A lot of sperm damage is caused by free radicals, so a diet high in antioxidants may help protect sperm cells from this damage. Taking a broad spectrum of antioxidants together has been shown to be more effective than taking single antioxidants.

To give sperm the best chance possible, you will need the following nutrients in your diet and supplement programme (not in any particular order of importance):

1. Water. It's crucial to drink enough water, as dehydration will lead to low semen volume. Aim to drink a minimum of one litre of water per day, and more when you're exercising.

2. Zinc is an essential component of genetic material and a deficiency in this important mineral can cause chromosome changes in either you or your partner. Deficiency can lead to reduced fertility and an increased risk of miscarriage. Zinc is also required for the reproductive hormones oestrogen and progesterone. Zinc is found in high concentrations in the sperm where it is needed to make the outer layer and tail of the sperm and is therefore essential for sperm health and, subsequently, your baby. Zinc needs to be continually replaced, as a significant amount is lost with each ejaculation. Good sources of zinc include meat, fish, pumpkin seeds, rye, oysters, almonds, brazil nuts, ginger, eggs and leafy greens.

3. Selenium has antioxidant qualities which help to protect against the effects of free radicals within the body that can cause chromosomal damage. It is also needed to maximise sperm formation and is required for testosterone production. Low levels of selenium are linked to infertility. Brazil nuts, sesame seeds, garlic, whole grains and brown rice are good sources of selenium.

4. Essential Fatty Acids. The word 'Essential' means that they are essential to life, cannot be made in the body, and must be obtained from the diet. They include omega 3 and omega 6 - both of which have important roles to play in reproductive health.

Essential Fatty Acids are also crucial for healthy hormone functioning. They break down in the body to produce prostaglandins for healthy semen. They also help to promote good levels of healthy, mobile sperm.

The main sources of omega 3 are oily fish and flaxseed, and omega 6 is found in nuts and seeds. It is crucial to find these oils as fresh as possible. The most important, omega 3 from fish oil, should be free from toxins - avoid cheap versions which may not have been properly tested for toxicity.

5. Vitamin E has powerful anti oxidant qualities. Dr Marilyn Glenville, a well respected expert in this field, states that vitamin E supplements have been shown to help fertilization and in one study by researchers at the University of Sheffield, it was found that taking high doses - 600mg of vitamin E every day for three months - improved the quality of sperm in 20% of men with poor sperm performance. wheat germ, nuts and seeds, avocado, green leafy vegetables and free range eggs.

6. Vitamin C is an antioxidant. This helps protect sperm and the DNA within it from damage. Vitamin C can help prevent sperm clumping together (agglutination).

Good sources include fruits and vegetables, especially peppers, kiwi, citrus fruits, berries and tomatoes.

7-9. The amino acids L-Arginine, L-Carnitine and Taurine are required for the normal production and functioning of sperm, aiding sperm quantity, quality and motility. Deficiencies in L-arginine are linked to immature sperm development. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, so eating sufficient good quality protein is vital.

10. Folic Acid. Early indications suggest that Folate (Folic Acid) may be as important for healthy sperm, as it is for women during pregnancy.

It is found in dark green leafy vegetables, avocados, carrots, apricots and egg yolks.

11. CoQ10 Another powerful and protective antioxidant which is essential for sperm motility and energy. CoQ10 is also vital for good cardiovascular function and blood circulation. Found in organ meats liver, kidney and heart.

12. MACA has been used for many years to improve male fertility, to increase seminal fluid, sperm count and mobility, for impotence and erectile dysfunction.

What makes Maca so effective, especially in the areas of fertility imbalance is that rather than introducing hormones from outside (whether chemical or natural) Maca encourages the glands in the body to produce the hormones it needs itself according to the individuals unique requirements.

The winner

DAWN! I have just emailed you to let you know that your the lucky winner! Thank you all very much for the wonderful birthday wishes and for not singing happy birthday!

Every year my mom and I seem to "bug" each other with birthday wishes. I email, call or text her a bunch of times and say happy birthday, knowing I am going to regret it as its my birthday 4 days later. I have no idea how many years that this has been going on, but you would think that it would stop.. Nope, we seem to carry it on every year. She occasionally will sing parts of the song knowing it bugs me, and I "threaten" to hang up! lol.

Today was a good day. My Mother in law came over to watch "baby" for 2 hours while I ran some errands and our eldest was in kindergarten. It was actually enjoyable "me" time. I went to the dollar store, grabbed some fathers day cards (which I am glad I did not forget to do) I went to get a pedicure as well which was nice and relaxing! Its nice to treat yourself once in a blue moon and trust me, my feet needed it!

Headed back to pick up my daughter and then back home. So far, been a pretty relaxing evening. I got most of my readings completed tonight, I have one left, then to tidy up my inbox with some scheduling and quick replies and then off to bed!

There is no reading giveaway this week. I am offline from Friday till Monday morning for family time. Don't worry, I have will have every ones readings completed that were due before then completed:)

I spent an hour today burying my birthday present in the backyard!!!

I know this sounds silly, but I really did do just that! My mom came by today to make sure that I got her gift before my birthday. It was really nice of her to make the special trip out as I know its an hour drive, and during the week is a bit harder as there are more people on the road commuting for work. She stayed for a visit which was nice. My daughter really enjoy her company (especially my older one who thinks my mom is her playmate) She brought me a whole tray FULL of new plants to put in our yard! I had told her for my birthday I would love to have a bunch of bulbs (flowers) that I can plant in our backyard that would come back year after year. I also asked her to please remove any indication of what it was. I know, this sounds silly, but I wanted to be surprised when they popped up!

Rather than having me plant bulbs (that would not grow until next year) my mom actually brought me some other plants, that I think she said flower, and will come back year after year. So she took the tags out, I have no idea what it is, but my daughter and my husband helped me plant them all tonight! I can't wait!

Don't forget to email tomorrow with happy birthday wishes in the subject line and your entered to win. Information is in the post below!

Just because the DR says, does not make it so

Here is another storey of inspiration. A client of mine was told they would need IVF, here is their storey on how they conceived NATURALLY.

We tried for 2.5 years and after various tests we were told in Dec 2007 we would need IVF due to my partner having less than 1% 'normal' sperm. My results were all fine and I was considered to be highly fertile.

We were obviously devastated but IVF was going to cost a lot of money and not be an easy process so we looked into ways of improving sperm count and tried everything. We started with diet, even though our specialist told us this wouldn't make a difference. My partner was eating more fruit and drinking fruit smoothies everyday, shop bought and home made as they are full of antioxidants. He was also taking a large number of vitamins and supplements including a male fertility supplement called fertility plus for men, a high dose vitamin c supplement, cod liver oil, l-carnitinew, l-arginine, pycnogenol, selenium ACE, vitamin B complex and zinc. You can buy some of these together in capsules. Some of them were expensive but no where near as much as IVF!! He was also wearing lose boxers, keeping his mobile out of his trouser pockets, trying to keep things as cool as possible down below. We also decided to book our wedding, this was in Feb 2008 and we were to be married in August 2008. This did take our mind off ttc a bit but its never totally gone. I can't be sure if all this worked or if it was just coincidence but in May 2008, 4 months after starting these changes I found out I was finally pregnant. They say it takes 3 months to make sperm so I think to be pregnant after 4 months of trying to improve his sperm would be a very big coincidence. I also have a friend who had the same problem and did the same thing and was pregnant within 4 months!!
Good Luck to anyone else, doctors are not always right so never give up hope!!

J.A.

PS, dont forget, this also happened to my sister and her husband as well. They were both told they would need IVF as his sperm was ZERO percent, and they now have two healthy baby boys NATURALLY!

Congrats to

ELIZA! You were the lucky winner for today's blog contest! Please email brooke777 and let her know that your the winner of this contest. The link to her site is to the right and down below!

This weekend has been a busy one. Fun, but busy. Both Saturday and Sunday we went to friends houses for dinner. We ended up leaving late, and the baby slept in the van on the way home and then we get home, I am hoping to just take her up to bed (She had already been bathed and in her pj's) but nope! She treats the car ride sleep as a NAP... which means she does NOT want to go back to sleep when we get home. I finally got her to sleep at 9:45pm tonight and last night was 10:30!!! Oh well, we had a good time!

I really loved every one's stories that you posted about the things that really bug you that sounds funny but makes total sense! Today I had to sing happy birthday again. Not as bad as when I was younger, but I would still rather the song was changed. I wonder if I could sing it in french if it would still bother me? lol

Better late than "never" i always say

okay, I dont always say that, but I am today! lol.

I meant to post this last night, but for some reason it slipped my mind. I think its still a case of the stupids.

I want you to tell me something funny about yourself. Something that you dont like, and dont really understand where it comes from, or why you dont like it. For example, did you know that i HATE the happy birthday song? As a child I would literally cry when it was my birthday and people had to sing. It got to the point that my mother "threatened" me that I would no longer have anymore parties if I was going to be in tears when it came to that point (Yes mom, I do remember that! - she and her husband do read the blog! lol)

To this day, when its my birthday (which happens to be the 17th of June!!!) I really do no not like the song to be sung to me. Funny enough, every birthday party I have been to, when it comes to singing happy birthday to the birthday girl/boy, I kinda sing bits and parts, but wont really finish the whole song. Its not nearly as bad now, I think I did better with my girls birthdays this year (both girls birthdays are in may) I might have missed a few words. My best yet!

So to enter, let me know something about yourself that is kinda "quirky" or "funny" and your not sure where/how it happened and be entered to win a free reading from BROOKE777!

PS, send me an email on my birthday and have the subject line read HAPPY BIRTHDAY and get entered to win a family bypass prediction. (its always nice to have the birthday wishes! Just dont sing the song! lol)

June Special of the month

Sorry to post this so late!!!. Anyone who purchases a Sibling express reading in the month of June, will automatically get a free reiki OR 3 card spread of Archangel Card reading. Its up to you which you choose. These are normally valued at between 10.00-12.00 CAD. This is for the month of JUNE ONLY. If you have already purchased the sibling express reading before I had announced the monthly special, please email me with IMPORTANT in the subject line so I can adjust your scheduled date to reflect the special of the month.

I still have not forgotten about the last post in regards to spirit guides. I figured I would actually talk to those of you interested in perhaps having a "yahoo" group that will allow all of us interested in going "live" for the special event. I will try and guide everyone through meeting their spirit guides and or connecting more so with their spiritual self. Most people should have no problems with meeting their guides, but others might take a few extra tries and might find this experience actually awakes their psychic abilities more.

So for those of you interested in this possible opportunity let me know by posting in the comments section if you would be interested or not, and if you have any questions about what I am saying.

Have you ever experineced a case of the "stupids"?

I seem to be coming down with a case of the "stupids" and wonder if they have a pill to make the symptoms go away? I am talking about things that you do and realize that they are dumb and what did you do that for? lol.

The other day I had to stop at the bank, I went in, deposited a check for my husband, and then came out. Baby in my arms, I walk to the drivers side as if I am going to get in and start driving. Um, hello! I am holding the baby!!! I shake my head, laughing at myself and then go to the passenger rear door and put the baby in the car seat... Then I get into the van, buckle up and put it in DRIVE so that I can go BACKWARDS! ACK! Again, laughing at myself as I realize my error thankfully faster than my foot working the peddles.

Tonight my husband informs me that he will be taking my van tomorrow to work as his truck has problems. As a favor, I usually drive this other little girl to and from school as shes in the same class as my daughter, and her parents have no vehicle. (its a good 20 min walk for them with a younger kid in tow) Anyways, I had to call them letting them know that i would not be able to drive the girl tomorrow and explained the situation, the mother was understanding and said no problem, but when I was saying that I could not drive the girl to school I actually said I could not drive and used the mothers name instead and said to school!

So as you can see from just the few samples, I seem to have a case of the "stupids" lol and weird things are happening. I am getting the feeling that something is causing me to "slow down" and take notice, which is where all of these things are taking place as a way of making me go slower because of all the weird mistakes I am making. (only in life, and not with my readings! lol)

Perhaps I just need a "me" day where I can sit and relax and not think... regroup and re-energize! We all need one of those!

Now on to the winners! I forgot to post last night the winner (again a case of the stupids as I forgot) and announcing DIANA as the winner! You can contact Elisabeth yourself, her site is located on the bottom right of this blog, and her email address should be easy to locate. Just announce yourself as the winner of the blog contest and she will take care of the rest.

Now in regards to every one's answers, if I had more time tonight I would post to everyone and explain what you had seen, or whom, or for those of you who were not able to get an answer, help you explore more in this direction. Since I am really booked up tight, please keep your eyes on the blog this week, and I will make sure to touch base with everyone who answered and help guide you with your guides and your connections and those of you who did not enter the comment section, will provide more information on how you can connect with your guides.

Give it away give it away give it away now!

Okay, its alot harder to sing while your typing, but its an old song probably from the 80's and I have no idea who its by (I am horrible like that) but that's what it supposed to be is part of a song. Tonight's give away is a free reading by Elisabeth!

I guess tonight will be an easy one!

When it comes to spirit guides we all have at least once. There are at times another angel or spirit guide or guardian that comes to help us on our journey. Either for our entire lives while here or for specific lessons.

I want you to concentrate, and ask your guides his/her name. I also want you to close your eyes and "see" what they look like. I want you to feel them close. Most times when you ask them to show themselves to you, you should be able to get a mental picture of someone.

For me, my main spirit guide is Tomas. He is here to help me on my journey and will be my spirit guide for my entire life. Serlina is my other guide, but I feel shes here to help me with my abilities and helping people. I have mentioned countless times what they look like so I wont bore you with the details.

So to be able to enter into this contest, I want you to post in the comments section the name of the spirit guide you visioned, as well as their looks as shown to you. If you are unable to get any details, please post in the comments section that you did try and I will still enter you. This contest will be over on Sunday night when I will announce the winner.

Good luck!

My eldest arrives home tonight!!

Her plane arrives at 11pm tonight and its about a 45 min drive home from the airport. Her grandfather will be picking both her and grandma up and then bringing her back home to us. I am so excited!!!

This is a picture they sent me from Ontario of her and a friend at Marineland. This is something that my daughter wanted to do as she sees the commercials for it on the TV. One of her highlights to this trip I am sure.

Now in regards to your comment Krystal, yes, you are correct, I did offer the first three people the chance to get a angel card reading and was going to post on Sunday that the people who commented on this post (https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=6937417777657772309&postID=6057927623338035101) nee) needed to email me with BLOG WINNER in the subject line. I just looked back and unfortunately I forgot to post that tidbit. So thank you so much for letting me know and reminding me that it had not been done. So the three people who are located in the post linked above, and the person who posted in the first comment spot from last nights post please email me with BLOG WINNER in the subject line. Let me know if you would like a specific question to be answered by the cards and your guides, or if you just want your guides to come through with a message of guidance or an answer on something that is happening in your life that you might not be aware of or know which direction to take.

Thank you all for your comments when I first announced the dr visit, and the ones posted after finding out the results. I do agree that it was something that peeved me at first about this DR when it came to him asking me what I wanted but I have come to like him and his ways. I feel him to be a good Dr and he seems to care a great deal. Always giving me tips and ways around it, and making me feel better about the choices. As I mentioned before the "baby" seems to get frequent ear infections, rather than just saying I have to use antibiotics all the time, or telling me to get ear plugs, hes taught me how to know when shes a bit congested (she kinda snores etc) I give her nasonex. This clears her passageway, and prevents the ear infections from occuring:)

Anyways, keep your eyes on Thursdays blog, its the next giveaway for Elisabeth's reading.

News from the Dr's....

Well, went to the dr and waited for about 5 minutes for him to come and see me (which is relatively fast I think!) He asks me why I am there, I explained I had my blood results done and he asked to see me. He looks over the chart, and says that my thyroid is good, mentioned another level was good.... (so here I am holding my breath thinking that he is just giving me the good news first and then telling me the bad!) And then he says that my Prolactin level is SKY HIGH. I said "what is prolactin" he basically told me it was because I was breastfeeding still! I am taking a donperidone right now to ensure I have breast milk which in turn causes your levels to go higher... so that was all that was "wrong" with the blood test and he just wanted to ensure that I was not on any other medication that might be causing that. He told me that I could drop to just one tablet in the morning and one in the night as I am getting ready to wean her (she is already starting to shown signs shes ready, so just playing it by ear). I told him I had not really tried very hard lately as she does not seem to really like milk. He explained that I don't "have" to wean her to milk. Just give her a multi-vitamin and give her water (or juice but shes not too fond of juice either) and she will be fine. So that is what I will do. I wont worry/stress about trying to get her to like milk, will ensure she still gets calcium in other ways, and give her the multivitamin as well.

So that was it in a nutshell. Nothing wrong (knock on wood) and hopefully nothing will be wrong either ...ever~ lol. Well I have a feeling that this year (my year of being 32) was the cause of "health concerns" and when I turn 33 on the 17th of this month, should be over with the health problems and onto something new! lol.
