Time for "secret psychic"!!!!

I will make this one an "easy" one to get everyone started. Here is how you enter to win a chance for a reading from my "secret psychic".

ORBS is the subject. My friend and her family have been taking pictures lately with their camera (digital) and not on every picture, we have seen orbs. Some of them we have wrote off as dust, but there are others when zoomed in, you can actually see FACES of people! There is a storey in particular I wanted to share.

My friends father in law passed away in October from Lung cancer. As you can only imagine how his death has affected his family. Its been recently they have been noticing all these orbs in some of the pictures. I was invited over to the wife of the recently deceased to provide her more information, as a way to help her connect to her husband again. To hear how i see things, to provide comfort. Anyways, I was walking towards the fridge and saw a picture of him, he was wearing a grey shirt with a color, his glasses on and leaning against the railing of a hotel suite they stayed in. I then turned to her and said "when you see him, this is how he is going to come. he was happiest at this time in his life, because he got to spend it with you. So when he comes to visit, this is how he will appear". My friend (the daughter in law) now called me from the computer area down the hall. She brought up a picture and wanted me to look at it. Zoomed into the orb and INSTANTLY I kinda cried out "oh my god its HIM" (meaning the father in law/husband) You could see the glasses, the outline of the color for the shirt.. EXACTLY as it was shown in the picture on the fridge!

So although I do not think that every thing on a picture is an orb, there are certainly ones that I really do feel are in fact our loved ones caught on camera.

So to be able to enter into this draw for a chance to win the reading from the new secret psychic, all you have to do is post in the comment section about your opinion or experiences with Orbs. You don't have to believe in them to be able to participate, and if you do, great share your storey! Everyone who posts a comment in this blog post is entered for a chance to win.

Now if you win this prize, PLEASE do not share the email address or information of the secret psychic. After the 6 weeks is over if you enjoyed your experience, please share anything you would like with whoever. Until then, its our "Secret"!

I will post on Tuesday who is the winner. When commenting, please include a login name or the email address so that you can be connected to your post. i would hate to see two lisa's entering and one winning and not being able to say which lisa one when it came time to collect your prize!

Wow! What an amazing story:) My experience with orbs came from a looooong time ago. When I was a toddler, there was a painting of a strawberry that hung in my parents house that always scared me. Whenever I would go into the kitchen, I would purposely look away from it, but also did not want my back to it. When my parents asked me why I didn't like it, I said it was because of the lady that was always by it. Years later, my parents got divorced and my dad thought I would like the painting (heaven knows why!). The day he gave me the painting, he took a picture of me holding it. When the film was developed, I was surrounded by white streaks and circles. My dad wrote it off as bad film, but to this day, the picture makes me uneasy. Do do do do (Twilight zone theme) =)

I have no experience with orbs...but I wanted to comment on having people "come to you" when they were at their happiest....is that always the case? Everytime I "see" my grandmother...I actually see her in her later years which I thought were NOT her happiest (she was missing my great-granmother and grandfather so). She comes to me in dreams only which is fine and I've only dremt of her a few times since she passed 16 years ago and when she was living I used to dream of her all the time.
I also "smell" her. I will very often get whiffs of her perfume...cigarette smoke (no one smokes here) or hairspray.
The orbs thing is cool...I've seen photographs taken at cemetaries especially where there are HUNDREDS of them...VERY interesting!

Hi Cheri,

I love stories like this..When I was younger I use to go to this real old church..I love looking at the old gravestones that were there I cant even remeber how old they were..One was were a mother had died giving birth and so did her child and they were burried together in the same tomb..Well to make a long story short we had this huge snow that came a few years back so I went to the church to take pictures..Once I got it home I noticed some weird orbs on the picture so I englard it..Next to a tree in front of the church was this orb of a lady with black hair holding a bundle in her arms like a child..There was also another orb in the window of the church when I enlarged this one it was of a man who had what looked to be like a old pilgrim hat on..It was real exciting to see this for I truly believe in this stuff..Also it is not about an orb but in my grandmothers old house and i have pictures of it when she moved in they had wood cabinets well right after they moved into the house my grandpa's brother died well no more than about 4 to 5 days later a figure started to appear on their wooden cabinets and it looks just like my grandpa's brother and it is still there to this day..

I have seen one picture that a friend took at my son's school play. I've never seen so many things looking like orbs on photo.
Some people would have put it down to dust or something wrong with the camera, but i found it strange that it wasn't on all the pictures taken at the school play, just a few.
Also one of my wedding pictures looks like it has an orb on. So it's nice to think of my part relatives being there to join in our special day.

I have a picture of me and my daughter when she was just a couple of days old. And around my daughter is this amazing light. It always makes me think grandpa was with her.

I have an incredible story to share.

My husbands grandmother had passed on years ago and it was decided that I would get her wedding band on our wedding day.
In one of our first pictures as husband and wife, right between the middle of our rings, there is a brillant flash of light. Our photography apologized and said it wasn't the camera in any way....
We know it was her......

Its Katzjammies btw :)

I have always had them in random pictures all my life. Christmas photo's or birthdays. It was like family that couldn't be there wanted to be a part of the celebration. The most recent well sort of experiences is my God daugher was born and I was taking all these pictures of her. I was a proud "auntie" I had the photo's developed (This was 7years ago) I kept going through the pictures and thinking what in the world there was always a few blobs of light. I was kind of annoyed at first. Then it hit me both parents had lost a very important part of their lives. My friend lost her Grandfather and her boyfriend at the time had lost his mother. It was the grandparents coming to see how their grandchild was doing.

I figured I couldn't be mad family likes to share the good times regardless if they are alive or not.

I still get them in photo's but it just always seems to be more so when there are little kids. I swear they just light up a room in many ways LOL

I don't think I have had any experience with orbs before. But the day my grandmother died..I was in grade one and woke up early to find my parents at the kitchen table and before they told me the news I told them that grandma came to say bye to me! I don't really remember it now but wish I would. I also still smell my other grandma that passed on a few years ago and often sense her near me. Once we un-packed I am going to dig through the albums to see if I can recognized any orbs.

Amazing story! I don't really have any experience with orbs, either. It does sound so intersting, though!

I know I'm a bit late commenting but here's my story..

I haven't had any experiences with orbs but like some of the pp I have had experiences with smells of my Grandpa. He passed away in 2000 since every X-mas he comes to my grandmas house. The house fills with his cherry tobacco and a little singing tree will turn on when no one is near it. (we used it to catch his sneaking out side for a smoke when they found the cancer, he hated it lol) A few years after he died my grandma found a boyfriend, after a while he moved in. Every time they would argue, Papaw would knock something over, his way of taking up for his wife of 38 years. Once something was thrown at her boyfriend! When my grandma was younger she would have dreams about black water flooding her house, she would wake up scared and find someone(dead) standing at the foot of her bed to tell her something bad was about to happen. My husband also sees things kind of like that, but he is scared by them so he blocks them out. With him it has only been a few things, his friend was murder in 10th grade. The night she was killed, she came to him asking him to help her, she asked for him to tell her parents she loved them and was sorry. He didn't understand and just brushed it off as a weird dream. The next morning they found her. He soon found out why she said she was sorry.
I fully believe in orbs, I think with my grandma and husband they see more then just an orb tho..

Wow--what a comforting story! I have only had few experiences with orbs, as told by tourguides of ghost walks/tours, etc. Having never caught any (that I'm aware of) I love seeing others photos and recognizing the orbs as possible spirits.

I have a few pictures that I think may be orbs. I thought it was just water spots on the lens or something. But i will have to dig those pics out again. I think the pic was of my son as a baby. gives me goosebumps!

I have seen what I thought to be orbs in pictures, especially on pictures from important events. I like to think it is my loved ones around me enjoying the special day too.
